I've done my window tint there late last year to get a booking was a miasion as I had to keep calling in to find out and follow up on stock. They eventually booked me and did it.the tint came out bad. Had dirt inside and looked terrible. I went back , they agreed to redo some of it. They did it in the WRONG COLOUR on one window they insisted it's the same and I should wait for it to settle. nothing happened. Went back AGAIN to have them remove it and redo it in the correct shade. Now, I see it's peeling and lifting at the back panel windows and looks horrible U can't call the branch directly so it just adds to the frustration. I've given them a 1 star rating on the sms request..and asked that they call me.. to date, nothing. Useless and horrible experience. Don't use PG midrand. I'm actually losing faith in the PG brand as it seems to be deteriorating over the years. No feedback Pathetic
These people just dont give up! They KEEP spam calling em, hounding me, troubling me and just don't get that NO MEANS NO! They call on my work number and this impacts my work life... They call when I'm home and this impacts my home life. I DONT have any telkom products...and I'm registered with DMASA and continuously tell telkom not to call me, but they don't listen and keep sharing my numbers to these call centres that bug me! They keeping giving me numbers to call in to remove me, which never works, always useless IVR options. I'm fed up with them, hence the review! MINUS stars if I could.
If i could give a ZERO Star i would as these incompetent people don’t even deserve a ONE STAR. i have an ongoing query regarding the transfer of a service plan for OVER month. the Car is SOLD,,,as much as i miss it, i must deal with this incompetent bunch. They are PATHETIC at responding or upholding their promise to call back, they keep 'LOOSING' emails and attachments, they cannot communicate internally as no one ever seems to be able to provide a decent update. they have numerous email addresses which make no logical sense, they keep you on hold for long periods of time if you call, only to tell you that 'your query is in the queue' and someone is attending to it. Debits keep going off my account even though WE (old and new owner) have sent them EXACTLY what they asked for. WE kept following up WE kept asking what’s going on and each time a different answer is given which usually includes a "I WILL CALL YOU BACK". Now, a month later, they REDO the Policy, BACK INTO MY NAME. (previous owner) Wait, - What the WHAT?? yes! they go and send me a policy schedule with MY details and will try to debit ME again!? TERRIBLE experience! USELESS service! loads of FRUSTRATION! More headaches then peace of mind which they promised and fail to deliver upon! Would NOT RECOMMEND you ask the INCOMPETENT GROUP ZA to help.
In April, MTN Contacted me via WhatsApp to do an upgrade. I was happy with the package which I had at the time, but they advised that I HAVE to take the new package due to the current package not being offered any longer. They advised me it will be CHEAPER than my current package at the time and only cost R600pm.. Long story short, they charged me over R1 000. When I queried it, they said there was a mistake on their side and they will amend it. Nothing, they messed it up AGAIN and charged me EVEN MORE. I called in again, as my sales consultant (Angelo Tlhakoane) went quiet and refused to answer or respond to my messages, calls or emails. This month, they debited OVER R1500…from a R600 contract! Called the call centre, called the numbers they told me to call, no luck, no refund, and NO ASSISTANCE. Absolutely ridiculous! I Called in again, and NO ONE seems to be able to assist me, and their supervisors are ALWAYS ‘in a meeting’ and will 'call me back' – none called! Eventually I get hold of a lady this morning and she tells me that NO UPGRADE was done in April and they charged me in July for pro-rata amount and a migration fee?! Whats that supposed to mean? They don’t want to do a refund even though the stuff up was on THEIR side, not mine. So, it seems they lied, cheated and didn’t do anything of value for me since April. SA’s BOZZA network – YA RIGHT!
LIES UPON LIES Parcel was 'estimated to be delivered' by Wednesday. No contact made OR ATTEMPTED yet they claim they tried to contact me and it was unsuccessful and delivery to be rescheduled, the same 'update' on the website for Thursday. Friday comes, I call in (numerous times) and get PROMISED that my parcel WILL be delivered today before 5pm. at 4:41pm there is an update on the website tracking that shows that they now need my contact number. So what number did they ATTEMT to contact me on in the first place? ALL LIES!!! Call in, AGAIN, I get hold of an agent at the call center after waiting for extended periods of time, only to get lied to again. Eventually he claims that their driver 'ran out of time' and they have to reschedule my delivery AGAIN for next week sometime. PATHETIC service.. sprinkled with lies and deceit! ... not the first time I have had an issue with them. That's why they are NOT my preferred courier. Unfortunately the sender had some reason to have faith in them! USELESS!
In short, trying to open an account for a newborn. Have been pushed pillar to post, calling in numerous times, sending the SAME documents in via email and PHYCIALLY to their courier... no luck. no change.every agent I had contact with was Unable to help. KYC, ONLINE BANKING, ACCOUNTS and Enquiries. All more useless than the previous. I receive a CARD... which I cant do anything with! No account number provided as the bank has not provided it or allow their staff to communicate it to me. What nonsense! Been a month or more, I have even logged the query on the website, no resolution! WOW! I think it might be easier to open an account with a rock!

They said it's normaland it will settle down.</p> <p>no such thing! After much effort and headaches,they came to change the Base.</p> <p> A few weeks later, same issue!! I got more upset . they, unwillingly changed it to another one.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now, I have the same issue again, but I cannot get hold of them! Their number on Google goes to some VW place ********** . The number for the strubens valley shop is incorrect ********** .the head office never answers.They dont respond on their website. I am very upset and unhappy with the bed I have.I now have sleepless nights , literally!</p>
