Found a second hand car I liked from Audi Braamfontein. I proceeded with the application and recieved 2 approvals from banks. I was in the process in finalizing when another sales person invoiced the car out to someone else as the deal was in middle of being finalised due to 2 sales persons trying to race to the final line. How can this happen when I was told when I'm busing with the finance unless it's declined I had first choice
Do not purchase sir air - air conditioning units. I had 2 brand new omega units installed more than 8 weeks ago. Since installation these units have been faulty. I immediately contacted sir air which took a good 4 weeks to finally send a technician to look at the units. After fault finding the technician checked the sensors which were found not to be the problem. I was told that this would have to be escalated and further looked into. Now plus 8 weeks later absolutely no resolve, my messages and calls are going unanswered and there is zero accountability, ambition or care to resolve these faulty units. This is clearly a manufactures fault and this falls under warranty however sir air are not meeting their obligations or standing my their product. Very quick to take your money but zero after service what is scary is they are so unwilling to assist after sales!!! These units should be removed and replaced and fault finding done in their own time, since they are brand new units. The costumer should not sit with aircon units that don't work. If I had bought Samsung or LG I would be sitting with working units. Take this as a warning, do not risk buying from these fly by night **** artists.
Shocking experience with Frankless! I would not waste my time buying from them if I was you! Nice attractive specials but you never receive your order and they keep on with the same excuses for weeks on end but bottom line they have no intent on delivering and they don't meet their obligations. It's a ****!
I had 4 contracts with Vodacom. I canceled 2 contracts. Vodacom kept billing me for the one Contract, I kept paying for only the 2 current contracts. Vodacom listed me as paying my contract behind and I am unable to open any new credit. I was never behind and Vodacom has no decency in clearing this error as it's an error on their side. Best is they blocked my lines previously so I was forced to pay for a contract which was canceled and it gets better I haven't recieved a credit. So Vodacom just bill you and ***** from you even when you don't have a contact with them. This is theft! Be careful with this service provider. If you cancel contracts watch your bills as they will Most likely take a chance amd take your money for nothing. I am now looking at canceling my Last 2 contracts I have with them and just going with a more Trustworthy service provide.
Warning to all! The general consensus about this online shop is they are a ****! Pictures and website are beautiful but the items you receive is nothing remotely close to what they advertise. I ordered a canvas for my boyfriend with a picture of us used as a silhouette with our favorite song. The items online look amazing, I paid over R800 and this item came... what a joke! Can't actually see out sillotte, it's printed on a quarter of the canvas. It's not worth 2 cents! I do t know how they can **** people and send items like this out! When I asked for a refund they can give me 5% and I can keep the *******! If I want to return it I need to pay all costs to send it back to **** land! So don't even think of supporting them. I have lost R800. And I have nothing to give my boyfriend for our anniversary
In July I called Vodacom and asked them to black list a phone of mine which is on contract as the phone was lost and we were worried it may have been stollen. I found the phone and called Vodacom to unblacklist the phone. I filled out the necessary paper work and emailed it to Vodacom. It's been over a month and the phone hasn't been unblack listed. I called in last week and I was on the phone for 35 min on for the consultant to tell me she can only escalate month end and I need to call back in. This is a joke and so unprofessional on top of it I still need to pay the charges of tnis contract which Vodacom are mot assisting in unblacklisting. I also don't time to sit on the phone for Vodacom to send me From one department to the next
Worst experience of my life, unprofessional service! Do not go with budget, I am waiting 7 weeks after my car accident for my claim to be approved. Call Centre agents are rude and condescending including management. Every day there is a story and reason For the delay and I am told another day another day, 7 days ... never ending. At this point I'm regret insuring with budget! Be warned, 7 weeks for a claim and counting is not normal!
Not fit for human inhabitants! Booked in to La Montagne from 16-1 January 2023. For 3000 a night. When we arrived we were told, they would do us we could only get 2 room kegs despite being a 4 sleeper! Our kids over 18 could not get cards. We had been to cabana beach the week before and we received 4 cards as it was a 4 sleeper. As we entered the room we noticed the following: Room was filthy Toilet blocked with last tenants fescues Even bath was blocked and not cleaned from the last tenants bath Braai dirty from last tenants bath Room smelled and still smells like sewerage Tv not on working order The aircon is not working through the whole resort when questioning this the reception staff lied saying it is working and it just doesn’t work during loadshedding. They apparently were told to lie in order to buy time until the technician could get there. After which we were told it’s a major repair and can only be fixed in the new year. We were not warned about this and purchased this accommodation under false pretenses that here was aircon at 3k a day. First night there was a concert for over R100 a person. We were not particular fans of the artist so did not buy tickets. The whole resort closes down that night and we were literally not allowed out our rooms “in case we desired to sneak views and vocals of the artist” we were also not allowed to buy any food on the premises only if we had bought tickets for the artist. For 3000 a day being treated like this is disgusting! And to top it off. A cctv camera fell and almost hit us over the Heads. Also arrival we were told there were no tables for us to sit at for drinks and lunch as they had to move the table for the function we were having and told to go ear else where. Do not book your next holiday here. Its clear this resort has NO money for maintenance despite the higher accommodation and levy fees. Very sad to see how Dilapidated this resort has become And sad that many people Are conned going pay R3000 a night for less than 1 star accommodation
Awaiting a refund for cancelled accommodation at the palace. Was promised a refund within 24 to 48 hours. It has been a week. Called customer care line and no one can assist. I need to speak to accounts or payment but no one picks up the phone and unable to leave a message. Sun international has stolen my money it seems and no one seems to want to assist. Disgusting service! I am appalled! Be warned
I pay my virgin active account by means of debit order. Last month my account was frozen apparently because I was 3 months behind. I called the call center and dealt with unfriendly unhelpful individuals! They requested proof of payment for the debit orders they initiated! Non the less I emailed those proof of payments straight away. Till today my membership is still frozen. They have done ****** all the reconcile my account. Is virgin going to refund me for all those weeks I was blocked out of my gym membership. This is stealing from a person. I feel virgin active is using Covid and the fact that they lost money for so many months to con people into paying what is not due to them. I have proof they I have paid my membership and what’s worse the debit orders keep coming off but I can access the gym. If something isn’t done about this today. Then I will be forced to close this membership and join another! After all why should I keep paying for this membership if I can use it. And the consultants that work for the consumer line must get some manners! Disappointed and I hope virgin loose a lot of members to body active gym. They know how to treat their members!
