very poor service i had a confirm cancellation from hotel refuse to refund, after numerous emails still at where i started, never book with them, this was during the time airspace closed over dubai,0 replies

withdrawal problem.
i submitted al documents as requested got the withdrawal amount adjusted, when trying to withdraw saying contact support, did that gave what else required still no joy. trading is smooth when u require your money then the hassle,0 replies
