The first time I visited Saray, I was blown away by the food and the service. We went back for our anniversary, and it was even better the second time. A special mention should be made of their waiters, who go out of their way to ensure that your dining experience is out of this world. Saray is the place to be if you want authentic halal Turkish food and atmosphere.
The food is of exceptional taste, and the portions are definitely value for money.
Wow, what impressive service! I ordered in the afternoon, and delivery was made the next day early in the morning. I am very pleased with the prompt service.
It is always a pleasure buying from ZAPA gaming as they really do go the extra mile, customer service is amazing, and they are very accommodating to one's needs.
We watched The Bodyguard 30th Anniversary event at the V&A Waterfront; wow, what an amazing experience it was. The cinema complex looks amazing, the staff are amiable and the reclining seats are a major major win 🙌
It was my first time taking my phone in for a repair and I will say that their service was beyond excellent, I will definitely be recommending it to my friends and family and coming back for future services, repairs and upgrades.
I contacted Standard Bank Insurance on 17 May, as the geyser was not heating up, was given case no 857864 and was informed a plumber will contact me with claim no 20/038562 Leak Tech was appointed and came out they informed me that the thermostat and element were faulty but due to the geyser being an old model it can't be fixed and that the geyser needs to be replaced, they informed me on Monday 18th May that they submitted the claim to the insurance for the geyser to be replaced. The person that they have been dealing with goes by the name Fogi Called Home Assist on 21st May and spoke to an agent that will do a follow up regarding my case that the geyser needs to be replaced and will give me a callback. Since then I have not received any feedback or update, we are still without hot water, what is the point of paying for insurance if they don't want to assist you. What am I supposed to do now, my geyser is broken am I suppose to wait forever or cancel my insurance.
I received a call from 011 8831273 at 13:50 to settle my garage card with an amount of R623 which I paid on the same day. Now Standard Bank is saying that I am still owing them money even though I paid the settlement amount of R623. All I want is for them to honour their word and give me a paid-up settlement letter.
I received the following message on 24 August 2017 "Dear member, your pension benefit application has been received at the GPAA. Further notifications will follow in due course" It is 13 weeks later and I still have not received my funds. I have contacted GEPF and all they can tell me is the documents are still laying at the back office. So for the past 13 weeks it has just been laying there. Surely this is malpractice as they have no intention of moving my documents out of the back office any time soon.
<p>I wanted my vitally canceled as it is of no use to me. I called on the 1st December 2016 and spoke with Zane Theunissen and he assured me that it has been canceled. I called again in January to find if it has been canceled and once again assured that it was. It is now February and they are still taking money from me, does this mean I have to call in again just to hear someone say that it has been canceled.</p>
