I placed my order on 20 April 2025. it is now Friday 25 April 2025 and my order is still sitting at confirmed, hasn't been prepared, hasn't been packed, hasn't been shipped stuff all has happened with my order. the soccer boots I needed for my sons game on Saturday I now have to go spend more money on boots as Adidas service is PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I have tried calling for 4 days you can even get through finally oN Friday 25 April 25 when I got through I get told sorry buy there is a sale and they having problems in the warehouse with inventory etc . I DONT CARE. THIS IS NOT MY PROBLEM I PLACED AN ORDER I PAID FOR MY ORDER !!!!!! if you can't handle customers orders you shouldn't be having sales etc. if I has bought from anywhere else I would have had my stuff already . I am not interested in your lack of people or staff or issues. I paid R3200 for goods and I want my stuff. this is the WORST SERVICE ever experienced. I will NOT shop at Adidas again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! now someone better tell me where the hell my stuff is as I was told it would be escalated well guess what is still not moved ITS STILL SITTING ON CONFIRMED this is bull****!!!!!!!! Absolutely disgusting service. went there to get commissioner of oaths to stay documents had to wait and hour and a half as the shop owner was out shopping. she is never in the shop when needed to sign documents . wen there again today and guess what not there again where was she sitting at mug and bean stuffing her face. staff can never get hold of her . she is always out eating or shopping never in the shop. and her attitude to the customers after waiting an hour and a half for her is , its her shop she can do what ever she likes !!!!!!! rude ***** !!!!!
Good Day I have 2 problems with Cell C that they are not interested in sorting out. I took out my contract a few years back and switched from Vodacom to Cell C because of **** service , yet I'm still getting **** service. My phone DOES NOT WORK WHEN I HAVE FULL SIGNAL!!!!!!! NOTHING NO EMERGENCY CALLS NO MESSAGES NO NOTHING . THERE IS NO ERROR MESSAGE AS MENTIONED IN STORE AND OVER THE PHONE THERE IS NOTHING . I GET FULL SIGNAL MY PHONE DOES NOT WORK. I THEN GO IN STORE TO ASK WHY ALSO IM WITH CELL C YET MY PHONE SAYS VODACOM ???? I AM NOT WITH VODACOM AND I GET BILLED MONTHLY BY CELL C!!!!!!!! THE STORE TELLS ME THEY CANT HELP THEY DONT KNOW. THEY DIDNT EVEN TRY ASSIST ME WITH THE PROBLEM. MY 2ND PROBLEM IS THAT LAST WEEK CELL C SEND OUT A NOTIFICATION THAT THEY RE LOOKING AT THE CONTRACTS AND AMENDING THE FEE STRUCTURE JUST AFTER THAT I NOW HAVE NO ENDGE , NO LTE NO 3G *** ALL NOTHING !!!!!!!!!!! SO WHEN I CALL IN I GET TOLD ITS MY SIM WHICH ITS NOT IM TIRED OF YOUR STAFF TELLING ME ITS MY SIM WHEN ITS NOT. SO I AM GOING TO STOP MY DEBIT ORDER UNTILL SUCH TIME THAT CELL C DECIDES TO ACTUALLY HELP AND I WILL ALSO BE CANCELLING MY CONTRACT AND GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE AS I AM NOW SICK OF **** SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDES WHER I HAVE TO PUT THE PHONE DOWN AS NO ONE LISTENES OR IS NOT WILLING TO LISTEN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I cannot begin to Explain how professional Swift Solar has been. From when we put in our panels in 2021 to date there service has been exceptional. There response in terms of Quotes to problems in quick and Arnold will go out of his way to fit you in and ensure your needs and expectations are met . and boy have they the hail damaged our panels causing them to leak last week i called Swift and they responded immediately . they fitted us in where he had a gap called to explain all the detail to ensure i was happy once i approved everything he was on it . i was panicking as i had my sons birthday party on the Saturday with Arnold no problem he made sure our party would go ahead and we could use our pool. if it wasn't for them it would have been a disaster. I cant thank Arnold and his team enough for all the effort and trouble you have been amazing and will highly recommend using Swift for your solar and pool needs.
On 25 December 2023 i paid R1000 into my FNB credit card account. on 27 December 2023 FNB took R260 out of my account which NEVER REFLECTED i the account i then noticed that the R260 was reversed but again NEVER been received back into my account. on Friday 5 January 2024 i contacted FNB to find out what is going on . your staff are ****** rude to say the least. i called in the first time to get a lovely lady who transfereed me to premium banking , the rude woman wouldnt allow to me to finish my sentence even after the numerous times and efforts in my stating can i please finish she just went on and on asking how much , how much and i kept saying can you please let me finish. it got to the point that i put the phone down! i then called ***** line no one even bothers to answer the call. Now let me add this is not the first time money has been taken out my account and never appearing in the credit card. the last time it was R1000 then it was R100 now its R260 when i called in about the R1000 only when i threatened to lay charges of ***** and go to the police suddenly the money was released and showed up. i am not sure what ********s you have working at FNB but i am now tiered of money going missing out of my account and when you try report it its a major cover up up as no one can tell me where the money is or what happened to it or you have staff that dont have a clue what they actually doing. i called in again then spoke to a guy Sipho and explained the whole issue again he then says its a collection issue, now please tell me how is money going missing out my account debited and never appearing in my account untill i make threats a collection problem. i have now had enough of FNB *****ing money and i will be closing m account , i will also be going to lay charges at the police as now is see the reversal is gone after Sipho told me it was pending now its gone. and still no R260 show no trace of where it is where it has gone nothing. this better be sorted and better be sorted today !!!!! i shall forward the case number once i have it as i am not going to sit back and allow money to go missing and staff not wanting to assist to find it . pathetic bank and Service.
Every Month i Pay R1000 reflects into my credit card account from Discovery bank. Every month the money reflects the very next day . on 26.08.2023 i made R1000 payment as i do every month . for the past year FNB NEVER debit my account every month i pay the money in. on 27 August 2023 FNB then debit my account wih R744 for WHAT ??????????? i just paid you !!!!!!!!!!!!! now the R744 has refelect yet my R1000 they cant find????????????? i call on monday only to be told now suddendly it will take 5 days today 1 september is 5 days guess what there is no money reflecting. i now call in they tell me they dont know !!!!!!!!!!!! *** !!!!!! YOU DONT KNOW NOW YOU DONT KNOW WHERE THE MONEY IS / SERIOUSLY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS BULL**** !!!!!!!!! HOW DONT YOU KNOW WHEN IT NORMALLY TAKES 1 DAY NOT 5 NOW YOU DONT KNOW. IM TELLING YOU NOW BEST YOU FIND THE MONEY THAT I PAID OR I WILL BE LAYING CHARGES OF ***** AGAINST FND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
this review is to show the absolute disgust in ABSA bank ***** handling . It is shocking when you call to report ***** on your card and you get told that o sorry the ***** department does not work on a weekend. My mom recieved a new card from ABSA 2 days after her money was taken. they contacted the ***** line to report the ***** as the money was reserved for an online purchase so the bank would be able to stop it before the transaction went through. ABSA ***** DEPARTMENT DID **** ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the transaction went ahead only for my mom to contact them again to ask what they allowed this for and was told sorry the ***** department doesn't work on a weekend. WHAT THE ACTUAL ****?????? to date my moms money still has not been refunded into her account by ABSA. yesterday my dads credit card account was hacked he phones ABSA ***** LINE there are problems with the call centre and ***** line sorry they cannot take the call. what stuffing bull**** service is this, what is ABSA A MICKEY MOUSE BANK ???? This is pathetic. and we will be taking this further . You people are a joke. and the worst of it is its your staff *****ing the money !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! as they suspected its an inside job WHICH YOU ARE ALLOWING TO CARRY ON. you are a stuffing joke!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
On Tuesday 25 October 2022 FNB Debited R712 out of my account which is in breach of the agreement signed as the agreement clearly stated debit orders may go off on the 27th of every month . on Friday 28 October the R712 debited from my account was still not reflecting !!! I then called in to find out where my money was as i need to make a payment on Saturday. I was then told that i had to go into my banking app go to maintain auto payments and click agree then click maintain and it will release the money . i was told and it was recorded that the money will the reflect in my credit card within 24 Hours !!! On Sunday 30 October the R712 was still not reflecting . I then contacted FNB again only to be told that it now takes 3-5 days there was a misunderstanding. sorry there was NO misunderstanding i clearly repeated 3 or 4 times that the money will reflect after 24 hrs and was told it would THE MONEY IS STILL NOT THERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i then get told to contact FNB today for assistance as they not sure . i contact FNB the first person i get can even understand the question im asking so im not sure what type of people you are hiring if they cant understand what you are asking , finally i get someone and i get transferred to another department as they cant help either. SO FNB better tell me where my money is today that is the R712 YOU DEBITED from my account that is still not reflecting otherwise i will be going to the police station and lying charges against FNB for theft and fraud !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! since none of your staff are able to assist or help me to tell me where the money is . how do you debit money and don't know where its gone or none of your staff know the difference between 24hrs and 3-5 days. i want answers and i want them TODAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
