Pedros Pelican Park is dishonest
I ordered food on 24 May for delivery and when I received my order there was chips missing. I contacted the store and they told me that they would deliver it within the hour but its two days later and I still haven't received my chips. This is not the first time this has happened. I thought the first time was an honest mistake but clearly they are dishonest. Please don't support them, they ***** your hard earned money.

Unreliable and unprofessional
I phoned Jumeth Technologies three times to assist with fixing my fridge. And all three times they said they were on route. Its two days later and I'm still waiting for them. When I phoned to ask why they didnt come, they make excuses and dont have the decency to phone you to say they cant make it. I wasted two days waiting for them.

Disgusting service
I've been trying to increase my credit limit with Mr Price for the past two months. I've tried all channels for them to assist me...sms, whatsapp, telephone (kept putting the phone down), I've even gone into a store but nothing. I have received the worst service from Mr Price!!! They want your money but doesnt give good service. They dont deserve your hard earned money.

Bad quality of the service and product!!!
I bought a pair of Miss Black ladies brogue shoes in August 2021 for almost R500 (normal price R600). I've hardly worn the shoe as I mostly wore takkies to the office and then summer came so I didnt wear it at all. The shoe is practically brand new. The shoe's colour is coming off. Superbalist will not exchange the shoes as they say that it's past its warranty. I have R50 pumps that I've bought at Pep Store that have lasted longer than this. Superbalist and Miss Black should be embarrassed at the quality of the service and product!!!

Nandos Cavendish - Prego roll - waste of money
Decided to try the new Prego roll. I was horrified! The chicken breast was paper thin and only covered half the roll. There was more onions than chicken. Got the peri-peri chips with the meal....without the peri-peri. 2 chips had spice on it. What a waste of money!!!

Great store! Pick n Pay Kenilworth Centre
<div>I tried Pick n Pay in Kenilworth Centre for the first time. WOW! I am totally impressed with how well stocked they are. The store is big and clean. The staff is very helpful. There was no stock on the shelf of an item that was on sale and a packer went to get stock from storage. #WIN</div>

I ordered a oven shelf/rack on the Friday and it was delivered on the following Monday morning. Amazing service!

Burger King Blue Route Mall Tokai
The food is tasteless. I always preferred Burger King to McD's because their food had that flamed grill taste, almost like Steers. But the food is like eating cardboard now. I added extra sauces and that didnt help. What a waste of money!

Heartless and greedy bank
Submitted a claim with FNB life for our bond for October and November 2020. My husband wasn't earning a salary. End of November he was retrenched and received a small payout. FNB wont payout the claim because he received retrenchment money which we have to live on until he finds a job. FNB indirectly says we dont care about your food and that you have to feed your children. You have to pay your bond. What a bunch of heartless greedy people.

PAY MY CLAIM!
I submitted a mortgage protection claim in August 2020 for loss of income. Then in November changed it to a retrenchment claim. On the 15th December the claim was approved. To date the claim was still not paid out. I am harassed every morning at 07h30 from the home loans collections dept for payment. Threatening me. All I hear from FNB is that they will escalate the matter. Escalate to where? To who? No one is doing anything. You are affecting my credit score. And then YOU wont help me in future because of my bad credit score. PAY MY CLAIM!
