No refund back, after a few questions about it
I wrote a review last month about this place, so they eventually fetch the seal on the 2nd of April, since then I'm waiting for the refund, on the 13th of April, I did query about the refund, and this is what they sent me back: "Good morning Lindie, I hope this email finds you well. Refunds normally take a week to be finalized . Finance is busy with your refund as I’ve already assigned it to them. Regards." Up until today, I didn't received any refund, and they deducted the delivery charges, witch is understandable, but the refund is still not paid back to me

Poor Service
I bought a spinner seal from TecsaReco in February this year and paid online, I received the seal, the seal was too big for the spinner and I let them know, so they said, they didn't have another one, they will arrange for collection, and refund my money, up to today, I'm still waiting for them to collect the seal, and for the refund, still nothing. I sent Karabo an email on the 26th of March, again and asked him what's happening, and up until today, he didn't respond on the latest email

Poor Service

Incorrect part packaging
I wanted a washing machine part. Went to Roodeport branch and they called Strijdom park to confirm that the part is there. When I got to Strijdom park they said the part is wrong. Their warehouse packaged an incorrect part, they allowed me to drive there just to tell me that the part is wrong and on top of that I am heavy pregnant. So frustrating and wasted my time and petrol. No respect for customers

NEW GASKETS
For great customer service Nadine from TecsaReco on Ontdekkers Road, Roodepoort, is simply the best. Not only did she handle my enquiry but she went so far as to give me her cell number. When my order was ready she promptly advised me for collection. Thanks Nadine for a job well done!

You send them a Whatapp enquring about a part and the response you get is as follows: [13:01, 14/08/2025] TecsaReco: We are now connecting you with an agent. [13:01, 14/08/2025] TecsaReco: Thank-you for reaching out to TecsaReco. We’ve received your message and will respond to your message during office Hours. If 13:00 on a Thursday is not during office hours, when do these people work?

Customer service
Hi there, i've been trying to get hold of someone at Tecsareco to assist me with a Kelvinator appliance, i have used whatsapp & email, this has turned out to be such a waste of time, i am still waiting for some kind of reply. This is definitely not good customer service, so disappointed.

Worst Service by the TescaReco Cashier in Roodepoort
Just received the worst service at TecsaReco Roodepoort Branch. Went there to buy washing machine bearings. I didn't have a sample so I used my machine Serial Number to check the part online. The coloured cashier eventually agreed to check for me after harshly refusing. Stood up went to the back to fetch the parts, took my card payment and gave me the 2 boxes. Something told me to open the boxes and double check, turns out they were too big for my machine. Luckily another client with a similar machine came in and gave me the correct numbers. Now this is where the problem starts, asked the lady to please exchange the bearings for the correct ones. She says no more stock for me as the other guy took the last ones. I'm like ok please refund me. She says "I don't have cash in my till come back tomorrow", another white guy came to her and told her to do a EFT Return form. She said NO, too much work, he must come tomorrow. Then a concerned white client told her "Mam you are aware you being very unprofessional and unfair to this client?", Where is your float? Silence. Call your manager! My manager is not here, give him a call. Silence, Then the gentleman told me infront of her to report her to Hello Peter. I said good idea, asked for her name she refused, she went under the desk and suddely she gave me my money. I said "how about that???? I'm contacting Hello Peter regardless". And left.

Dishonest refund policy
I have been waiting for a refund of a product that was returned in perfect condition in June 2024. All efforts to make contact with the company have been unfruitful. If they respond, the response is an empty promise. Save yourself the trouble and don’t do an online purchase with this store. You’ll wait forever if you’ll need a refund.
