No refund back, after a few questions about it

I wrote a review last month about this place, so they eventually fetch the seal on the 2nd of April, since then I'm waiting for the refund, on the 13th of April, I did query about the refund, and this is what they sent me back:

"Good morning Lindie,

I hope this email finds you well.

Refunds normally take a week to be finalized . Finance is busy with your refund as I’ve already assigned it to them.

Regards."

Up until today, I didn't received any refund, and they deducted the delivery charges, witch is understandable, but the refund is still not paid back to me
