The Service I got from Mobeni Height Kia Motors is pathetic, Service manager is so so arrogant he should not be in Charge of the Branch, I went there to finance a Vehicle with Pre Approval from the Bank, I was collected by them at my place of work an when I go there and tried to negotiate the Finance Term and Instalment, he was is rude and arrogant my deal was just cancelled and had no Transport just cause I did not agree of the Instalment that guy should learn Customer Service I have no idea why Kia trust that person to be in charge of their Branch and the attitude he gives ppl I will never ever drive Kia cause of how I treated at Kia Mobeni
Just visited Midlands Mall after a while, the last time I was there the Parking Ticket printed out a Barcode to Pay via Zapper so that you don't have to join the rediculous line at Paying Station when leaving the Mall but some idiot or someone at Management decided to take that Barcode out out of Parking tickets now to get out of the Mall you have join these rediculous line, who ever decided to take that option out is an idiot and he or she has made visiting the Mall horrible experience especial leaving the Mall as those Paying Station have rediculous lines and some don't eve work properly, It festive season that Barcode for Zapper on ticket made entering and leaving the Mall convinience
If you stay around Mlazi stay away from these ppl worse service ever, their Internets goes Offline for days it been 5 days with no Internet yet at the end of the Month they expect full amount for Subscription worse than Rain but Rain is way better than this Fibre **** from Net99, so ppl from Mlazi you better of with Rain their Service is **** but cant be **** as Net99, these guys must just close down as they are useless, so ppl don't waste you money on Ne99, this my first Month with them and I'm already regretting cant wait to cancel this ****
McDonalds Umlazi Mall need to close down worse Service ever staff full of attitude you ****in wait almost an hour just to Pay and get Ice Cream and when u complain they give you attitude who ever owns that Franchise you will not make it with such staff you need new trained stuff to run your Bussiness
Worse Worse Customer Service ever from Church Street Branch, useless Staff with Attitude useless Manangement and floor Mananger never recommend anyone who needs Furniture to go there rather find another shop and Laybe your Furniture for Furniture Shop that been around for years I'm very dissapointed in the Service I received from them stay away from Beares let them close down
Worse Call Centre ever with useless Team leaders, I payed for my DSTV via EFT which I always do but every Month , it get switched off about twice to 3 times a time a week and I have to call them and spend 20 to 30 minute with them send Proof of payment and they tell me it not allocated they will allocate it then switch it on but next days I get switched off again and I must start the process all over again DSTV staff and management area flippin useless, it like they using different systems can they not see allocated payment why do they just switch off DsTV without even checking what going on, they a bunch of ****in morrons I have complains so many times but not luck they not even compensating me for these on and off yet they quick to charge us pro rata when u want something from them, these ****ers need competitions in SA this Bull**** we pay so much for Premium and this is the leve l of service we get
Shi **** ****, Account Department is most useless Account Department I ever had to Deal with bunch off asses that don't know what the **** is going on, I pay my DSTV every Month and send them Proof Of Payment still it get switched off every week, t like they wake up and wonder how they will **** with my Day always, worse and very useless Department I wonder if it even have Managent or it just bunch of asses clocking in for 8 to 5 and don't care about Customer Service , why are we even supporting these asses?
Ordered from Shein online Order was shipped on 24th August and Aramex Jhb no one from their Office called to tell me order has arived and can not be released from customs unless I pay R440 which I did but still have not received my Order I have to call them everyday and I keep being set from Post to Post without being help, they are the worse and useless Courier Company I ever had to deal with please stay away from these useless ppl if need something use Courier Guy or Timeframe they are very reliable then these people
Guys that are looking for Fibre pls stay away from Vodacom, I ordered and received my Fibre Router in March and from then it has never connected by Vodacom it been 5 Months and gues what I'm being Billed for Fibre that doesn't even work or connected in sitting will of over R3000 and I'm told it been handed over so guy pls stay away from these crooks and every week I call I'm being told it been Investigated useless staff and managers at Vodacom
Vodacom Fibre, I have been fighting for the past 3 Months with Vodacom to get my Fibre to work with no luck and now I'm being charge for something has not worked for 3 Months just because I got fed up and cancelled it and when I call them I'm being sent from Post to Post just like how they did when I wanted them to sort out the Fibre, people pls don't waste your time taking Fibre from Vodacom they are unprofessional their call Centre they send you from Post to Post as no one knows what going on there, so don't waste your money and time with them as you will be bringing yourself unnecessary stress be warned
