My parcel from Mr Price have been handed over on the 26th of November to Fastway courier and recipn 28th. Since then scheduled to leave but ever since "The parcel has been left in the East Bay and will be delivered on the next scheduled delivery." Was scheduled again to deliver today 6/12/22... Still no delivery....so disappointed
I would like to write a review about DSV Road. After having a very bad experience with a delivery from MTN through DSV, Thando Nghona went through so much trouble to try and solve the issue. Eventhough the delivery time was still a issue, as it was scheduled for 12:00-14:00 and only came around 16:00, the main issue lied with MTN. Thando did her best to help, and keep me updated all the way. Thanks Thando for really going the extra mile!!!
I just received my order in Middelburg Mp from the kindest delivery guy ever! Enoch was só curtious and police! The first ever delivery man to thank me for the tip!!! Wish i tipped him so much more!!! Enoch....South African needs way môre people like you!!!
Ordered online from Mr Price yesterday morning, just received my Parcel (a tad linger than 24 hours) from Ram couriers from 2 of the friendliest delivery guys. Awesome service!!!

What an absolutely awesome family- orientated shop! The staff is always SUPER friendly and SUPER helpful! Each section manager takes só much pride in their section. The store is always SUPER clean, SUPER convenient and staff is always beyond SUPER friendly and helpful. I am absolutely hooked om their fresh cooked meals!!! Worth every sent and só delicious! Thank you George and team for every days absolute awesome service!! Thanks for not only going the extra mile...but going 10 extra miles for each customer! I LOVE MY KANONKOP SUPERSPAR!!!
Went to Midas Middelburg and received the most awesome service today! Unfortunately didn't get the salesman's name.... But he was one of the "brothers". Even the lady who washed the floors was so friendly. Thank you so much for helping us so kindly on a Sunday morning!!! Will definitely stop by again when we need help again,!!!
I have subscribed with magsathome (Car magazine) at the end of December. Every single month we have to phone because the mag is not delivered! Once it came 2 months later.... For the rest.... It is never delivered!! One time the supervisor promised to find out why the magazines are not delivered, also promised to phone back... Never happened. Phoned now again, the agent could be of any service and the slammed the phone down after we wanted to speak to a supervisor or manager. Trying to phone again but no answer.. This is beyond pathetic. I want a refund on all magazines that have been paid for!!!!!
I have placed an online order on the 4th of April, after uncountable phone calls, emails, empty promises and 21 days.... I STILL do not have my parcel!!!! This is unacceptable!!!! I want to get a refund on my order asap!!!
I have made an online order 4 April. Evers incentives the status just shows "transaction processing". I have sent multiple emails requesting assistance. All reply I get is that the enquiry is escalated. I have phoned as well to find out what the problem is. No one can help me!!!! To weeks to process an online order (which is supposed to be linked to 4-6 days for delivery) is absolutely rediculous!!!!
