‼️ **** ALERT – STAY AWAY ‼️ TURBO PETS FREIGHT ‼️ Dear GSD Members, Please be advised that we made use of an export agency to a neighbouring country and had a very negative experience with Turbo Pets. STAY AWAY FROM: Sandra Visser – Turbo Pets 📞 072 508 8304 Multiple people have reportedly been ****med after payment was made for services that were never rendered. In our case, a State Vet Certificate and Health Certificate were required and arranged, yet the puppy was never even collected from us. We strongly advise members not to use Sandra Visser, Turbo Pets, or any affiliated parties, as you may lose your money. Please share this warning with fellow breeders and pet owners. Thank you.

Be warned pathetic customer service.
Horrific service at Brackenhurst Nando's, asked on 3 seperate occasions for no sauce on my pita. Had to find out 20 min later once I was home, that it was drenched in sauce. 🤢 Phoned the call centre who had loud music in the background, to no avail! STAY AWAY, DISGUSTING SERVICE.

Order 1300062. No service no order delivery or decency!
‼️Beware ‼️ Shocking service! Placed an order online about 5 weeks ago, Order number 1300062 Still waiting for my order only to be told that they are out of stock and are going to cancel my fully paid order! These inconsiderate place has waisted my time and are still holding on to my money! Furthermore Leeroy Merlin is still advertising the product on sale and in stock on a daily basis! False advertising and misleading. They have no decency or courtesy when dealing with customers! STAY AWAY!

Beware! Stay away!These people pretend to service your car take your money and no service done. I paid R5000 for a service which was non existent. Got a second opinion and they confirmed that my vehicle was not serviced.... Furthermore the charged R200 for carwash and did not wash the car...

Brilliant service ‼️ from service manager, Stevens and co.
After my bad experience, Erich the service manager assisted and addressed all issues. If you have service issues the best would be to speak with Erich. He is extremely professional and a true asset to Stevens and co. Thanks again Erich for your professional and efficient service.

Beware! Go elsewhere! Bad aftersales service!
Beware, No aftersales service and poor management. Only helpful when you buying , thereafter don't care to help you. Furthermore they have a ticket system which doesn't serve the customer. People walking in after people who have taken a ticket and jumping the queue, absolutely appalling. Bought an R8900 lawnmower 6 months later took it for service was asked to pay close R1600, 3 weeks later lawnmower handle broke and manager told me I had to pay for new handle! Bearing in mind the machine came with a 2 year guarantee?...
