Pathetic. Absolutely NO SERVICE! No one ever answers the phone, nobody at branches can help anyone with ANYTHING. Nothing works, and Everything is WAY over complicated. Literally All they can do is frustrate the Sh%& out of a person... Why would ANYONE be with such a totally USELESS institution , when there are banks like FNB, that will do EVERYTHING for you to move over to them, you pay Less in Fees, you get a ton of money back every month with eBucks, you get access to SO many free benefits, they are ALWAYS the first with the latest innovation AND receive EXCELLENT Service? I struggle to comprehend how this ABSA FSP still exists... It definitely wont be for much longer though, that it obvious, unless they manage to find someone who has the s****s and experience to completely repair the brand and rebuild the Ops Department completely... and even that is unlikely. Thank goodness I'v left that bank LONG ago. But unfortunately some institution's credit cards still ***gy back on the ABSA licences and their systems...
Pathetic Service! Stay away from this place. There are so many incidents, I don't even know where to start. Firstly, the day I went to go and look at a bakkie (and subsequently bought it), Neels arrived an hour after the Saturday Trading Hours' opening time. And with no excuse or apology. Except that he had a rough night the night before... And between then and now, my bakkie has been back to them and back to me how many times, and every time comes back with NOTHING that I requested being done!! With the excuse, They forgot! They also dont stick to any of the times promised, they forget to get back to me, One of the occasions they bring me a loan car, and when they get to me, inform me that, by the way, the battery of the car is flat! What's even worse is that it is now MORE THAN 3 MONTHS later, and I still dont even have number plates, and am driving around every day illegally!!! All in all, I dont think a dealership could possibly be (mis)managed worse that this one is........ Good luck to Group1's reputation thanks to this branch.....
I sold my car to them about 6 weeks ago, Wesbank paid out the balance witch was owed to me +- R 120 000, but Stuart (owner) refuses to pay MY money back to me! He says he has spent MY money on other things! I am now stuck not being able to buy a new car! This is theft and i will be opening a case at SAPS this morning! This has gone on for too long, I have tried to be nice and understanding but this is theft. Stay AWAY from these thevies!!!
Worst After Sale Service I'v ever experienced!! After only 7 months, flooring needs repairing for the second. Vinyl boards are loose and sinking in already. Email after email after email I just get "We'll be in contact" and then no response for weeks again. What kind of company decides to completely ignore after sale repairs / service ??? It's impossible to get hold of anyone. They take your money and disappear. THIEVES in my opinion. Be warned, STAY AWAY!!

I have been unable to work due to FNB and they have cost me thousands so far. My Port went wrong ("system error" they say), then I was offline for 5 DAYS. NO CELLPHONE CONNECTION AT ALL. Then yesterday they connect me. Then today I cannot receive calls again?!! And just as if the service wasn't as bad as a service provider's could possibly get, I notice they selected a random debit date after I gave them the correct date about 8 times already!! Why do you even ask me then?? And on top of that, they put me on the wrong ***n data package!! Again, after I confirmed it more than 5 times via email, call centre staff, Branch Manager, and Connect Technical Staff?? My "Premier Bankers" say they cannot help me, sorry.
