Marinus Meyer of Anza Flooring in Herm**** has let me down badly and is now ghosting me. He owes me for mats that i paid for binding and for stretching of areas that are bubbling. He refuses to answer any calls or whatsapps

Shocking service! I honestly don't know how they stay in business? Maybe that it why they move their offices so often? They happily quoted and took full payment for a carpet. After 2 weeks and numerous calls they still couldn't give dates to install. Once asked about a refund they obliged but without communication decided to remove R900 from a R8900 invoice. They called it a handling fee even though no goods were received. Don't use them, no business ethics.

Anza Flooring Durbanville laid flooring for me over 6 months ago. When lifting the carpets we found beautiful parquet flooring underneath it in some rooms. It was agreed that they would not lay new flooring in those rooms as they could easily take the material for the new flooring back to the supplier. They undertook to refund me the difference from the significant deposit I had paid. Over 6 month and numerous promises from them but no refunds have been paid, every time I go to the shop and ask for my money they say they will pay that day or the next and nothing happens. They also promised a quote for restoring the parquet which was never forthcoming (I eventually simply did it myself) and they also broke an antique overhead light, presumably with the long boxes of flooring. I would suggest to people researching them to save yourself a lot of aggravation and spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Worst After Sale Service I'v ever experienced!! After only 7 months, flooring needs repairing for the second. Vinyl boards are loose and sinking in already. Email after email after email I just get "We'll be in contact" and then no response for weeks again. What kind of company decides to completely ignore after sale repairs / service ??? It's impossible to get hold of anyone. They take your money and disappear. THIEVES in my opinion. Be warned, STAY AWAY!!

Terrible client service, especially after sales. All the vinyl is pulling away leaving large gaps between planks - either poorly installed or poor quality product. We have been struggling since August last year to just get them out to look at it with no response or feedback whatsoever. Not recommended at all!

Paid a deposit more than a month before installation. A day before install we just got informed that it’s been moved to the week after. When install day came the team had no supervision. The workmanship was disgraceful and the amount of planks were 11m2 shy. Day 2 of installation a few days later because for some reason they can’t schedule the same team same awful workmanship. So bad that we complained that the kitchen boards were so skew that we just couldn’t live with it. Had to wait a week for that to get fixed. Each and every time we had to contact the office. Not even once the company made an effort to make this right... we ended up with a so so install and my husband now is doing the finishing work because the install team can’t even put up skirtings

Anza flooring installed 150m2 of vinyl floors in our house June 2017. The quoting process and and friendliness of the employees in the Durbanville shop was fantastic. However, where it counts, the installation was poor. There was no supervision and no quality control. A senior person only came to site after complaints, but again did not do quality control after initial repairs. I had to complain again, for a second rework, we had to buy additional vinyl to do the repairs.. After paying, noting that there is still some areas that need fixing there is just no response. We still have loose vinyl and areas which is not level. Areas where repairs have been made and vinyl tile replaced the self leveling screed was damaged, thus we have vinyl with holes below them which gives way when you step on them.
