Fedex South Africa Clearance department is *********** and impossible to get ahold of. They hardly reply to emails. Don't answer the phones in their email signatures office or mobile and the customer call centre sends you through a AI minefield of merry go rounds. Trying to clear a package from the UK that's a replacement part. All they keep asking for is a commercial invoice so no brains trust to think outside the box. All the information has been given to substantiate. It's the senders responsibility to give the information and they make it the recipient's problem.
Did an online upgrade. Got a call from an agent asking for my id. Sounded super *****, so I said no and told her I won't repeat my ID over the phone. I put the phone down. If you can't verify someone without repeating their whole id over the phone why don't you ask for an email with a copy of the id? Or ask their DOB. Address.
Ordered a pushmower and basket from loot.co.za Only basket has arrived. I’ve emailed since 19th of April with no communication. Poor service. Don’t use this site to order they don’t deliver

Been waiting for my order for over 6 months. I’ve had to go to the post office one 3 occasions to go look because they say the item is there, it’s not. Who uses the post office to send things anyway? I’ve now been instructed to go again to obtain paperwork to get them to reship to wait another year??? I’ve demanded a refund to no avail. Don’t buy from this place it’s a scam.
Ordered masks on 12 March. It’s 5 June and it’s still not arrived. The costs of the masks are also inflated. The same masks costs R120 with their price R499 and had the cheek to ask R99 for speedy delivery. I’ve asked for a refund 3x. I want people to know that this place isn’t kosher. I’ll also make a complaint with the competition commission for overcharging. Don’t ever use this site. This is a scam and their customer service is non existent
Sanlam has been messing me (and my broker) around for the last 2 months. I cancelled my life insurance in July they proceeded to debit order in August but promised me that they will reverse it by 25 August. Needless to say no monies yet. Also I moved my annuities to Stanlib which was a section 14. The debit orders again in writing was 'stopped'. Today they took monies without my concent. Now I am out of pocket over R20000. And no communication from Sanlam. Had to hold over 40mins to a call centre. I will never ever invest, trust or do anything with Sanlam ever ever again.
It’s impossible to unsubscribe from automatic renewal. Firstly I did not receive an email as reminder which is law. And secondly my money has now been taken and I can’t cancel my subscription. Support on your website just sends in circles. To submit the so called right support ticket also sends one in circles. I’m so frustrated. Surely it’s should be as easy as log in go to account settings and click cancel??? I will never use teamviewer or recommend it.
I’ve been a SANTAM client for years. I’ve had the worst service trying to get a scratch repaired on my car. First the claims consultant Gwendoline booked the car into Spraycraft in Bellville, then Durbanville panel beaters... all the while I kept asking my car is still under warrantee is this place registered with vw. Finally it got booked into Bernie’s Coachworks. I also have car hire on my policy so I booked this through my broker. What a nightmare. No phone call to arrange, was suppose to get the car at 8 it’s 12 now and Europcar phoned to tell me it’s a Bakkie not an suv... I’m ready to cancel all my policies. I managed to talk to the Manager Violet but still waiting for her to phone back.
I’ve sent at least 4 emails in the last year and made 3 phone calls to no avail about an investment that I can’t track down.
