WOW what a delight. My family and I were visiting Ballito and were recommended to visit The Market for a meal. The whole experience was incredible. Each person was able to eat what they chose from the available markets, from fish, chicken, pizza, burgers, meat or more. A number of us decided on steak from Wozza Meat Co. R95 for a 200g Fillet cooked to perfection with chips was beyond expectations. The staff from all markets were outstanding. The security guy even cleared our table. If you are in Ballito be sure to add this experience to your list. Well done to everyone concerned. An experience that my entire family will never forget.

I have just bought a house and require Guarantee documents for the purchase.I signed the papers on Wednesday the 6th of March, the last outstanding document was handed in on the 7th of March. I was told that there would be a turn around of 72 hours. Then there were errors on the papers and I had to return to resign last week Monday the 11th of March, again 72 hours there from no delivery. Update on Monday that it would be treated as urgent, still nothing. Please note that I am now holding FNB accountable for any additional costs that might occur due to their delay. Should the registration of this property not take place before the end of April when I have to move out of the current place, the additional occupational rent will be for First National Banks account! This is unacceptable.
On the 6th of September I sent in an email to find out why I was paying for a 20/10 fiber service and only receiving 10/10 Fiber service, With no feedback at all on the 01/10 I followed up by email, still no response. This morning I call in to find out what the problem is and I get told that it has not been assigned as I have not called in to find out what the problem is. Disgusting, unprofessional service. This needs urgent address.
I am finding MWEB a joke at the moment - more than 90% of all my mails are not getting to my mailbox. when sending a query they tell me that they have arrived on their server so the fault has to be in one of my settings and yet each and everyone that they tell me to check is empty and clean.
