You expect to be greeted properly when at a drive thru. Not just go to front window. When at front window. Gi inside. How rude. Never go through that drive though. Doesn't deserve support. Why do your systems not work
I have a company using yoco for the past 2 years as my payment platform. Suddenly on Monday past I received a email to say my products do not comply with their principles. And my payments will not be received by the platform for as of the same day. I have reached out for the entire week with calls and emails with no response. Amazed how a company that size can simply cut you off with no proper explanation. And then not bother to get back to you. Very poor service
Having just taken out a vodacom contract for data and getting a router my personal information has been compromised. Whats the poppi act for? The day after my contract started cellc called me to offer me a contract and 5 times a day I get a call from vodacom contracts as per true caller which is actually african bank offering me a loan. How is my information out there all of a sudden. Your information is Not very secure with vodacom
Having ordered and paid for 24 packets of empty capsules where 1000 pieces is supposed to be in each packet and each packet is between 300 and 100 short it has taken over a month to get a answer from customer services. After numerous emails about the problem being escalated to where this escalation goes I don't know. You can't get that info and there's nobody to be able to contact. The nett result is that if I return the last packet they will refund me. What about the previous 23 packets? If you take someone's money and don't supply the goods ??? Doesn't seem to matter anymore. Is it the culture in this country not to supply what is paid for that is now evident in this company? So be careful what you pay for and what you receive from takelot. Many other online complaints for the same reason.
When informing and showing the manager of the new Zwartland spur about a synthetic hair in my food the response is that I am mistaken. It can't be. Everyone has hair nets. Well when I pulled the hair from my food it stretches like synthetic hair looks like synthetic hair and is synthetic hair. Shame on the manager to argue instead of dealing with the problem. Not eating here again.
Having been a family client of the Hussar grill from the year it opened in Rondebosch and then as a student earned my name on the wall on a little brass plate. I believe I know the establishment. This past Friday evening at Hussar durbanville left a sour taste in my mouth. Nit from the mushroom sauce I received instead of my mustard sauce ordered. It was from the senior management I questioned about my partner having to eat her kingship with a steak knife, mire so from the comment I received when asking about the etiquette removing my plate white she was still eating. "So you must be old school from the DOS era. Well I did programming in DOS in 1983 when at uct but irrelevant. Apparently today thats old school etiquette and dies count today. I'm sorry as a long standing client who was there when you were growing your business don't let the youth destroy it. Etiquette is everything. Maybe not in his world but I have my values. I hope its not the way you treat all the clients in this new era. Still a great steak. **** attitude
Morclick experience is the worst. Besides a frustrating communication automated helpline. The problem of very slow system is that it always reverts to that after they have checked it. Then after 10 very frustrating attempts a technician comes out. Realign the original installation due to their poor original installation and you must pay for that. If you don't they cut your service. Its like having a gun to your head. So now I don't have the poor service I was paying R1k a month for. Maybe its the wake up call to go to another service provider. Morclick in communication is the worst communication ever.
If you pay for next day delivery at a premium surely it means the next day your parcel will be delivered. So Friday i deliver and pay for next day delivery. No delivery the whole weekend. Monday morning a sms to say delivery by 5pm. And that doesn't happen. So its Tuesday today. Not exactly a service I would recommend from aramex called next day. Bad service
Checking out the cashier has a cold. Sniffing back her mucus and then rubbing her nose and continuing to pack my foodstuff. Thats really hygienic. When point it out. She is sorry. Management is sorry. But she continues. At what stage do they realise that sorry isn't hygienic or that my food isn't contaminated. Really a poor showing for woolworths
To all south africans. Do not go buy the big mac chicken burger at koeberg Road cape town. The tastless flat dry burger is terrible waste of money and eating. Whats even worse is the response from the branch after complaining to there website that you must prove your purchase with slip as to how bad their product is. Then a flow up call to say sorry about their response. Come get a burger. I call on all south africans to stop buying this below standard product and service we get from McDonald's. Its your money they abuse. Shocking for such a big international company
