I have been going back and forth with client services / pharmacy benefits for 60 days now. A claim was sent by Clicks Valleyview on the 10th of March and later reversed , this was confirmed by client services and pharmacy benefits. However my statement still doesn't reflect the correct amount 60 days later!!! Please sort this out . Calls get transferred then dropped, very rude and unprofessional service
Uber eats and Kung fu kitchen charged me for an order that was canceled hardly 2 minutes claiming they had prepared it . My children reordered the same items and I was charged double!!!! Disgusting behavior
extremely disappointed after several years of great service!!! empty promises and zero delivery. I have been waiting for a response from sanlam for a sickness benefit claim since the 7th of October , their turnaround time is supposed to be 10 days. There is zero communication , no acknowledgement of receipt of documents and when one contacts the call centre the wait is sometimes over an hour without being attended to and in the unlikely event that someone eventually does answer the phone , the response is they are understaffed and cannot commit to anything. Sanlam used to be very efficient and professional , however after 10 years one must consider other service providers My life is falling apart while waiting indefinitely, the anxiety and uncer*****y is crippling and the company has no empathy or consideration for the disruption in our lives The reason why one takes out an income protector is to ensure the expenses are not compromised in the event of an adverse event . . .
This is the 4th time in a row my order is delivered with missing items that I have been charged for and yet didn't receive. Every time it's escalated to the shopper when the actual issue is the non delivery of charged items !!! The customer service takes their own time to "investigate" and promise to get back with feedback !!! At this point I am sick and tired of this ***** and ******* I want my money back or the missing items delivered ASAP!!! Absolutely disgusting behavior and service!!! Stay away from one cart ,a whole bunch of *******
Have been without power since Monday 21October in Parkhurst due to power lines burning down Multiple calls logged with City Power!!! No assistance Tickets keep getting closed Call centre agents not helpful at all
I have been waiting for standard bank Vereeniging to reverse / recall a transaction since last year!!! Several emails are simply ignored The account holder has given an instruction for the transaction to be effected but no cooperation from the bank itself
Hyundai refuses to replace a clutch in a vehicle covered by a motorplan . Betty Tlabela at Hyundai Hatfield advised my sister that her 2019 model Hyundai I 20 clutch that needs replacement will not be replaced by Hyundai as the service department wants picture evidence
Consultant from 1st for women demands that I send warranty from bmw to them so that they can cover my windscreen.a second consultant now demands warranty from bmw before they can replace my windscreen with original bmw windscreen otherwise they will not cover my cracked windscreen. The same warranty was not part of the T and C All the promises are false just an excuse not to pay anything!!! Absolutely disgusting and unethical
