Last week Tuesday, I report faulty issues in my house, the contactor came within an hour, I never heard from them, I even use some money to pay access fee, this time the did me wrong normally when I contact them within 24 hours they sent the contract to fix this times week and it's about to rain.
we have reached mutual agreement with matrix ,but they never send me cancellation letter with their banking details, now they are debiting more money and their debt collectors or they claim to be their debt collectors. who must i pay
I have been quiring about payment for shares for 2 years, last december i was told payment will be early this year, today when i called them they told me , the dateline is closed yet i didn't receive any correspondence regarding that i checked with them if my contact details are correct. Indeed they are correct but they agent told me there is nothing he can do. This is the worst service as i tried to invest but when it's time to pay they make it difficult to claim.
They increase without any communication, from R340 to R300, they customer service is bad, am looking for alternative service provider, I can't be treated like trash and be quiet.
I have been trying to communicate with telkom, but whatever am saying is falling on deaf ears or their consultant are ***********
Matrix doesn't want to fix the tracking device but keep on debit on my account and they don't want to cancel the contract, worse they don't answer or respond to calls and email
Am dispute debit order for so many months, I went to one of their branch and spoke to several online consultants, all said I must change my card, so I wouldn't have problem with this debit order, I did that. For past two weeks the same company trying to debit twice and fnb keeps on charging me unpaid funds, I jst spoke to certain girl by the name of karin, she doesn't want to assist me.
they charge me R62.07 instead of R49, i want my money back.
Over past months i have been disputing matrix debit order, but fnb doesn't safeguard my account when come to matrix, this month they not even showing failed debit order for matrix but instead they charge me R105, for debit order i was disputing for months, can they reverse that R105.
on the 29thNovember 2024, i upgrade my package to higher for festive, i really regret doing . dstv why am i being charged Showmax pro rata, when for years i have Showmax i upgrade and downgrade packages, i never charge Showmax pro rata, i didn't cancel the package rather i upgrade the package, Why am being charged cancelling fee, if we upgrade we then charged cancelling fees? dstv recruit personnel who wash their ears and know and understand languages correctly. dstv fix this bull**** mess and credit money for pro rata for showmax and cancelling fees, that's why you are loosing customers because of this **** service you are giving us, I can stream using someone login details that is not a problem but to make life easy for my family you want to use it against me that sucks from a big company.
