Disgusting service, still waiting for a delivery a month later. Their complaints email on their site does not work. Try phoning and they say they will get back to you, ****s.
No matter whether you have a payment arrangement or have been paying every month without fail, they continue to harass a person. Am busy with the relevant Ombudsman.
I bought a phone from Alpexx phones, only to find out the phone was blocked. I tried contacting them, but they do not answer their phones. I am now forced to get SAPS involved. Do not waste your money. They have a 5 star review on their site, which is obviously a dummy.
<p>Been trying to register for internet baking for 2 weeks already. Was told to go to a branch to update details which I did. The details are still not updated on the system so still no internet banking. The call centre is not interested in assisting. The branch telephone number just rings.</p>
<p>I have a Premium Red Package and when my data was finished last week Wednesday and I tried to load more data, it said an error occurred. I was in Forest Hill Shopping Centre so I went mmediately to the shop for assistance. They could assist so logged a technical call. Apparently Vodacom changed systems so my number does not appear on the new system. I occurred out of bundle dad costs which I am not prepared to pay for, my account must be credited with this amount. I again logged a call and got a refrence number and a week later I am still waiting for my query to be solved. There is a lady at the Customer Care who is very good and phones me every 2nd day and today she said she is still awaiting an answer to my query, the department has still not responded. Since Monday I see my phone has been blocked for any data and I am forced to carry my wi fi ****le where ever I go ad eventually it runs flat and then I am stuck with no data. This is a business phone and I am required to have data at all times.</p>
<p>I have been trying to cancel a Glocell cell number for 2 weeks. I have sent numerous emails with the completed termination form and copy of ID. I tired phoning again tday to confirm they received my request. The first time I was holding for 10 minutes then the phone was put down on me. The 2nd time I held for 17 minutes while the so called consultant was trying to find the information. The last time the male so called customer care couldnt help me and when I complained he just put the phone down in my ear. What does a person have to do to get any assistance.</p>
