Tredomatix is a platform I feel I can trust. Trades are executed quickly, and the platform feels secure. The educational resources are helpful, but I’d love to see more advanced tutorials added.
Since April ice been waiting on my refund. Snatcher already collected the broken goods and I still have not been refunded. I've had nothing but poor experience with this site and willing to pay a hell of alot more for anything ANYWHERE ELSE!
Serial number 340B320240109091100342 warranty expired 7 Jan 2024 microwave broke 3 weeks later 2 Feb My microwave broke - i did a few online enquiries 12 Feb I raised a ticket to hisense - [email protected] - Hisense ticket number 1457391 16 Feb I got a response and they requested details I provided this 23Feb more details was requested i provided this 28 Feb i got a call saying that i have to contact hirshs for a refund I never requested it but was promised a refund at this point they had all of my details including the fact that the warranty expired 7 Jan 2024 My Questions what do consumers do when their appliance breaks literally 3 weeks after warranty expires Why did no one ask me if i wanted the microwave fixed why was i promised a refund when you knew my warranty expired I only want to deal with people who can affect change because I am not telling my story to 20 million people. I am without a microwave for super long now and my old Defy microwave I paid R400 rand for lasted me more than 4 years. My money is literally sitting on a counter and I can't use it. i only received an apology but NO Solution
I've been trying to contact you for more that a week. Your payment system does not work. The order I placed went off my card but no confirmation sent. When I contacted you through chat you claimed it didn't go off. It did!!!!!!! Refund me. Do something to prove you are actually worthy of my money.
You insurance company is robbing me again. Double billing me. I keep having the same issue. Please sort it out.

I received a new device now 2020. I cancelled my insurance for old device. I got billed for more than 6 months on both insurance. I eventually after fighting with you for 6 months you review the one line of billing, BUT I NEVER GOT MY MONEY BACK. Then Thursday 13 Oct 21. You added another insurance on my device. I want to know who did this, I want to listen to the call of this request. Now I'm being billed again. I WANT MY MONEY BACK, THIS INUSTANCE REMOVED. FREE MONEY FOR TGE 6 MONTHS THAT IT TOOK YOU TO FIX IT. THE HOURS ITS NOW TAKING ME TO REACH YOU. THIS I THEFT.
Ok service. Great product and value for money. There was no slip on the box where courier showed proof of delivery so they had to take a pic of me, was not comfortable with that. The order said processing for w weeks and only when I contacted did they give me en estimated delivery time.
I cancelled my line in September. Now yiu hand me over to attorneys. I just contacted you, with the right to be irate, your call center person hung up on me.
Your customer service is unacceptable. The only reason you have a star is because I am forced to. I have been in contact with you for 6 months about my TV. I have spoken to 12 people. ALL OF them made different promises. ALL of them lied. I am still waiting like a doos for what is rightfully mine. You have nonresoctbfor your consumers, and NO one knows what they are doing or taking about. You guys are disgusting.
