I am getting a real frustrating and pathetic service from this team. My car is there for a diagnosis for a week and a half, not a single call from them since. Every-time i call, the service advisor is not available, i have to drive all the way to them everytime. I don’t recommend this company at all

I do use Bolt recently and funny enough, the drivers press Arrived before they even reach your place and the waiting time start counting and you charge extra. The drivers make more money in that way. Tips, if you see the driver has not yet arrived by you and the waiting time is counting, just cancel the trip and request a new one. ****,
I have just bought a bakkie today and the Sales person and Manager confirmed the car documents are with then physically. Just after signing and paying, they tell me the lady who is supposed to give yhe car paper has left. Meanwhile they new we are busy with the transaction. This is *****. I have joined a legal policy in 2022 and now when i seek legal advice, im assigned an unprofessional person who doesn't even listen to my legal matter instead she jumps to answer incorrect things. Then the line cut, i phone and they give me a new person every time, they don't bother to call back.
We have a business account since 2023 and we don’t get monthly statements emailed. I have complained several times and been assured this will be resolved, as of today im struggling to get this sorted. When i call, they apologise and send me statement and promise to fix the matter., next month i get the same story. Now i need to prepare for tax and realised the passwords for printed statements are not opening, i have been waiting on the line for ever and no one calls back when you asked to be called. This is pathetic service and in breach of Code of Banking practices.
I have been trading on their platform and during the Easter long weekend, i came back to find all my money gone and my trading history wiped out. No one in this company is able to account for this. Mzansi people, please beware of non transparency. I want my money , no one gave authority to close my trades and delete my trading history.
I would like to raise my concern regarding the contract i have with Vodacom. Every year my laptop contract gets amended and data and munites fees are charged, which i did not request, last year July, this was reversed and no one could tell me who changed my contract. The same thing is happening again . Now this makes me question the transparency and integrity of this institution. How on earth can someone log in your systems and change customers contracts, add charges and no one knows who did this. I want my money back and i encourage all Msanzi people, please do check your phone contracts statements item by item, we are being ****med here. This has been happening for long and people benefited on our hard earned money. Vodacom, i want my money reversed, this dishonesty must end.
I have experienced another **** from Vodacom. Mzansi people please make sure you check your Vodacom statement and confirm every item you are billed for. I have a contract that was always on top up account I2091054 and Vodacom decided to change it to open line, again without my consent. Just in November 2022, I called for the same problem and they reversed the charges and its not even a year, the same thing is happening again. This is a **** to make money. We are all feeling the heat on high rates and subsequently high cost however this is really ****ming people. I want this to be sorted, I have never used any Network in the past 19 years and im loosing my trust on this organization Vodacom.
