Good overall Took too long to obtain vehicle on arrival . But good overall
Purchased a carry on bag with a 10 year warranty . Cellini charged R500 for the handle replacement as we didn’t have the original receipt . This particular Bag model was launched 4 years ago . Surely this should have been considered .
Good service.Would have awarded 5 stars however its the second time that we had not been provided with our chosen vehicle. The vehicle was swopped the next day which was a great .
Pathetic service. Food ordered at 16.45 and only ready at 18.15 Made to wait at the counter for over 25 mins . Was told when I arrived that my order will be ready in 5 mins . No apology for bad service.

horrible experience at standard bank , raisethorpe branch in pietermaritzburg . we went in to close our accounts on 29 november but were turned away as they do not close accounts between the 25th and 1 st of the month. Just another excuse to charge customers fees on the 1st of the month and do things at their convenience not at the convenience of their customer.
Vodacom have overtaken Telkom as probably the worst company for customer service . i lodged a complaint with them for a network related matter in february 2019 but to date , 30 october 2019, the matter has not been resolved. The customer care team contacts the technical team , escalated the matter umpteen times , but still no resolution to the problem. Approx 2 months ago i was informed that the replacement spares had arrived and that a subcontractor contracted to Vodacom called Rhino was going to install the necessary equipment. Only querying with Vodacom for the non arrival, they have informed me that no spares are available. Vodacom do not care about the lies they speak and only attempt to frustrate their customers more. As a consequence they will lose business from all our family members .Cassim M.
