I was assaulted by officer L E Mokotjo today on the phone all because he is to lazy to look through the bank statements for the reference number that is issued by them when you get a fine. I refused to give him a proof of payment for the fine as is my right as they issued the reference number and we got into a heated discussion ending with him telling me to "F_ck off" ,so this is my taxes are for to employ lazy individuals who assault hard working citizens on the phone.
Worst bran ****in I have ever had the displeasure of paying for with two (2) raisins and hardly any bran I get the impression that the recipe needs renewing as my ****in was more cake than ****in truly sad that.
After paying the most I have ever paid for a ****in this morning I was so disappointed that my bran ****in had two (2) whole raisins and hardly any bran in it at all and bran is cheaper than flour for shame.
The service is so bad in Polihali and whenever you call to complian you get told that they are aware of the problem but it never gets sorted out signal is all over the place from 4g to edge in seconds and a big fat X alot of the time and this from a company that claims to cover the whole of Lesotho in 4g but it's like the call centre a big fat lie.
I went to MTN Clearwater and spoke with a gent named Thabo Mafokeng to start a home WiFi contract filled in all the paperwork and was told that it would be between 2 hours and 48 hours to get the contract sorted out. So we left and went about our business the following day I called and was told that Thabo Mafokeng was busy but will call me as soon as possible based upon the turnaround time I am going to be under the impression that Thabo Mafokeng and his colleagues were trained by someone who doesn't care The reason I can say that is I have called 5 times today now over 48 hours and was even on hold for half an hour and I am still waiting for the return phone call.
Don't ever bank with these folks I am of the opinion that they take courses in making clients confused and are about as useful as teats on a bull either that or they just don't care about you and me. And that has been my experience.
In my experience don't get robbed and if you do it's less hassle to let the criminals have the cards and any money you may have online access to from fnb as I have been trying to get into my online banking app for 2 two weeks and yesterday I was told it was sorted after I finally managed to order a credit card without the app and was told that the app would be working in 12 hours after they reset something on thier side what a great big fat LIE still cannot login to my app yay
I have recently formed the opinion that wesbank has stolen money of mine and I haven't received a statement or an invoice to explain.

What good is the WhatsApp bundle if I can't make phone calls from the app I used to have 4 contracts with this outfit first the ripped me off and now no phone calls from WhatsApp I am so going to changing networks.
