I don't recommend them ever
Terrible service, they do not give u feedback, they take there time, u have to constantly chase after them to hear what is happening I keep emailing for feedback all I get is a statement where they charge me R165 +- to send a email to them! They charged me also becuz I asked them to appear in the court with me (intent to join court) which they never showed up...my enquiries get ignored no documents get sent to me they ask twice for info that's been sent already Ive been quoted by Andrew in the beginning and my bill is triple that! I'm now stuck where they just don't bother contacting or responding to me. They put more stress on a person that what the divorce is. Empty promises. I would not recommend them it's starts over very well.. ends horribly.

"Unprofessional and Abusive Conduct by Burnett Attorneys – Beware!"
I had a distressing experience with Burnett Attorneys (Burnett Law). From the start, the attorney arrived late for our initial consultation. I was asked to fill in what was presented as a simple client information form, only to later realize that hidden behind the form were terms and conditions attempting to bind me to an agreement I had never properly reviewed or consented to. A day after, I immediately sent an email instructing them not to proceed with any work. Despite this clear instruction, Burnett Attorneys continued and even claimed to have drafted a settlement agreement. This was clearly a template because they had no information about my children nor my businesses showing clear disregard for the facts of my case. They keep spelling my name incorrectly! To make matters worse, they then began sending me statements for services I never authorized. This harassment escalated with the issuance of a Section 129 legal notice — threatening me legally for an account I had never agreed to. Despite raising my objections in writing and explaining there was no signed mandate, Burnett Attorneys ignored my concerns and persisted with their aggressive and ********* conduct. And charging me for emails and sms's! Their behavior has been unprofessional, abusive, and in clear violation of basic client trust and legal ethics. I have been forced to escalate this to the Legal Practice Council to seek accountability.

I had a very good experience with this law firm. Everything was explained very nicely to me from beginning to end and I received a top-notch service. The staff there are very friendly and compassionate and they were willing to listen. The fees were reasonable compared to other law firms in Pretoria.

Attorneys that takes you for all you don't have !!!!
I made use of Burnett Attorneys O I wish I didn't. Told them I am a house wife don't have money to pay upfront asked them how much will a out of court settlement divorce cost I was told R 10 000. After a few week's I decided to tell them I no longer need there services. One month later I received this Invoice. Fee Opening File R517.50. Fee Consultation with Client R766.67 Fee Draft settlement agreement R3,450.00 = R4,734.17 Attendance to deed search R517.50 R5,251.67 Fee Peruse, consider and interpret Deed Search R191.67 = R5,443.Fee Communication with client R191.67 = R5,635.01 R6,018.34 . Fee Letter written R383.33 = R6,401.67 Fee Send letter to Defendant R191.67 = R6,593.34 Fee Communication with client 191.67 = R6,785.01 Fee Correspondence received and responded to R191.67 R6,976.68 Fee Communication with opponent R191.67 TOTALS R 7,168.35 = Attorneys that charge allot of money for almost doing nothing.
