What a bunch of useless ****mers You pay for a part online order processing And its been like that for weeks Try calling them all mailboxes is full They transfer you to someone then call gets cut 50 years experience of being useless i agree 100% Not professional at all and zero customer service
I don't know how this works with debt collectors The keep on harassing me over email and now on WhatsApp about a Telkom account from the original owner of my property. The number is 0714768572 that sent me a WhatsApp Do your homework and get the correct people before you start harassing people
Worst experience ever standing in front of the shop needing help to buy some heat breaks and nozzles there is no one to help to identify what heat break it is even though its the DIYElectronics 3d printer refuses to help and says i must send an email. And place an order online for something i cant identity nozzles yes but heatbreak no. But still standing at the door wanting to place an order and the lady on the intercom said she will only help me in an hour while im standing outside. What pathetic service i know there is a pandemic but hell attend to your walk in customers. Very quick taking peoples money but the worst after service.
Hi have unending problems with my adsl-vdsl connection its off 90% of the time and i was paying R999 for a 20mb/s package so the 11th august 2020 i decided to cancel my account i have spoken to a tech and they said that the account will only cancel the and of the month because i paid for the month. So the moment i clicked cancel my account it immediately stopped working and i enquired it from the tech's and they said it should be working and it was not working. i have my account details to provide and see that it was not active since the 12th i have requested to get a refund for the days it was not active but i don't hear anything from the accounts department and i need to get this sorted out.

Hi i have had afrihost account for 5 or 6 months i have a 20mbps account and line but i have never had faster connection than 5mbps and its always off 5 days in the week its off and then suddenly it works again for few days. Every time i report the issue and then they report it to openserve and nobody can fix it. I am paying R1000 for a bundle deal where i lose all the time im paying for something i don't get. I have now canceled my account the 11th of August 2020 and i have payed for the entire month but now it aff since the 11th. I want a refund of the days the internet isn't working for now and the month's before. Im basically forced to cancel the account because of utterly the worst service between Afrihost and Openserve they are very quickly to say they don't install any lines to the premises but they have a new Pure DSL Service with a new line installed cutting out Telkom. Also i would rather take Fibre but nobody can help with Fibre there's 2 few school's a block from me and LTE isn't a option. Please help

To whom it may concern I paid online for an item that was priced at R49 I get to the shop after i paid for the item and the sales person said they can't release the item due to online pricing mistake i am waiting for hours now and i still don't know whats going on Now as per the (CPA) below Section 30 of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) 68 of 2008 stipulates the following: “A supplier must not advertise any particular goods or services as being available at a specified price in a manner that may result in consumers being misled or deceived in any respect relating to the actual availability of those goods or services from that supplier, at that advertised price. “If a supplier advertises particular goods or services as being available at a specified price, and the adverti*****t expressly states limitation in respect of the availability of those goods or services from that supplier at that price, the supplier must make those goods or services available at that price, to the extent of the expressed limits”. The Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) has upheld a complaint from a consumer who allegedly to buy a laptop that was advertised for R3 999,00. However the specific laptop was out of stock and would only become available to the consumer a month later. The ASA stated in this matter that advertisers should not offer products or services if they did not reasonably expect to satisfy the likely demand. The aforesaid is specifically addressed in Section 30 of the CPA, which places the responsibility on advertisers to ensure that sufficient planning is done and sales records are analysed prior to placing an adverti*****t. The merchandiser was subsequently cautioned to ensure that sufficient levels of stock were available before embarking on promotional offers.
Well new problem just happen now the 3rd June 2019 Vodacom debited my account and now again tonight 7th June 2019 From a good service provider to the worst overnight in my 17 Years that i have this contract I need this problem solved ASAP and my bank charges reimburse
I have this vodacom contract since 2002 and never had a problem But since September 2019 i get a msg (Vodacom notification. Your details have been updated on the Credit Limit System) and Saying i dont pay my vodacom account of R68.02 that should've debited out of my account on the 1st of each month, every month i have more than enough money in my account to pay USELESS Vodacom. THE PROBLEM IS NOT ON MY SIDE THE PROBLEM IS AT VODACOM FIX YOUR PROBLEMS BEFORE YOU GIVE GOOD PAYING, RELIABLE, LOYAL CUSTOMERS BAD CREDIT. I WANT THIS PROBLEM SORTED OUT AND MY CREDIT REINSTATED
