Absolutely appalled with them. I bought 'Early bird special' tickets x 4 in 2024 for the CTC Country Music Festival in CPT 2025. They obviously couldn't get the artists they promised so then postponed the show to middle of the week (Wed) from a saturday which I am sure most couldn't make.. We had bought flights and paid for accommodation in advance based on their first concert dates.. lost big time on the flights as we couldn't get a refund and Airlink made sure they *****ed us over when we tried to retain something from those flights. The show was then moved again and I couldn't stand it anymore, I couldn't give the tickets away so asked them for a refund. They said up to 21 days for my refund. It is now 3 months and every time you follow up you're given their robot mailer they send out, not even addressed to my name.. just thanking me for my continued patience and assuring me it is taking a long time to process the refunds. I am appalled at the shoddy treatment, I want my refund and will NEVER use Itickets again or buy an early bird anything.
I ordered a lovely beach scene, 16m long.. for my bnb room. as we are ready to launch, I asked Laura at Wallpaper online when I can expect delivery and she told me latest Friday. I arranged with the accredited installer to be there on Saturday. My wallpaper never arrived ontime and I emailed Laura to say this is hugely stressful as I planned based on her information given. She didn't have the courtesy to reply. I received the paper, it is up on the wall only they really changed the look of the image. It was a beach scene with wispy grass and they photoshopped much more grass into it and there is hardly any ocean visible so I basically paid R10 000 to have a long wall full of grass that is as tall as my head. Not impressed at all.
I ordered 2 bird feeders from this store on 4 Dec. It is now the 15 Jan and I still have not received it. I have followed up and they say it is on its way! however it is not.. I have tried to call and you get cut off immediately. I have emailed them again and no reply. I have looked at their facebook and it is all angry faces to their posts.. they dont allow you to comment on their posts as everyone would probably say they did not receive their order yet their money was taken. Be highly suspsicious of buying from this website, I feel like I have been ****med.
It was my first time buying a car on auction but Kobus was really awesome in that he took so many photos for me as I didn't see the vehicle before I bid .he highlighted the couple of flaws and advised that I send it for a valet ..I won the auction and he moved heaven and earth to have my car ready by Friday .. service, roadworthy, valet ..he just did it all. Caroline was also so professional and helpful on the finance front .. I was well looked after and thought they were superb
I have honestly never had such a frustrating LACK of service in my entire life. They advertise these beautiful moon humidifiers and lamps which when they arrive do not look like the pictures... it has a plug that sticks out of the top so you don't have a pretty moon on your desk...its actually unattractive. I have been waiting for my replacement order for 8 days.. to get told it hasn't even been put into action as yet as they are waiting for payment when it has been paid for! it is extremely difficult to get through on the phone .. they honestly just dont care how long you have to wait.. this was a birthday gift which is now nearly a month overdue because of the appalling lack of service from this place. It doesnt matter how lovely your products are - Service is everything! I will not be using you again.
Absolutely the worst experience of my entire life, every time I have to order from this fiasco of a company. No-one cares, there is ZERO service.. they are a total joke. How they are still in business is completely beyond me. ZERO STAR rating. 1 is too good. I am tired of their empty apologies, avoid using them at all costs.
<p>I am in need of a new windscreen for my Hyundai H1. The car is currently in Boksburg at a dealership about to be sold, so I have tried for the past 3 weeks to get PG Glass to go and repair it onsite as I am based in Fourways. I have phoned the mobile unit numerous times and every time I speak to someone I am told there is no record on my vehicle, even though my insurance has liasied directly with them and approved the claim. I have been passed around from pillar to post, eventually a gentleman called Taswill said he will lodge the claim for me and arrange. After emailing Taswill and asking if there was anything happening, I had no response, twice. Third time I emailed him saying how appalling it was to be ignored. He responded saying he had sent my request to the Boksburg branch - which does not have a mobile unit! I phoned Jannie at the Boksburg Branch and he said they dont have a mobile unit and he cant assist me, I need to speak to the mobile unit! where Taswill is. this has been going on for 3 weeks. Eventually I phone Jannie back as he was more helpful telephonically than anyone else and he said ok he will see what he can do to help me. That was 2 days ago and I have heard nothing since. I have never met a company who so desperately does not want my business, Absolutely appalled and no longer even interested in dealing with them. I will rather spend another 3 weeks finding a supplier who wants my money. PG - you are a joke,</p>
<p>As a woman living alone, its a nightmare when your house unexpectedly has no water. Both my geysers were not giving hot water, in panic I phoned Cliff from Visible Improvements and he assured me I would have hot water by end of day. His team came out at around 15h30 and replaced the thermostat at a really great price. Cliff phoned that evening to check that I was happy and Walter even phoned me in the morning to check that my water was hot... I remain a happy client and thank you for your outstanding and speedy service Cliff ! you and your team ROCK.</p>
