Complete rarity to experience the high level of service. From the word go was pure bliss prior to production with start to end updates of my order within the design and delivery period. Thank you Wallpaper Online Team for the amazing mural which brings a rush of happiness on the daily. Quality is out of this world. Entirely unimpressed
I ordered a lovely beach scene, 16m long.. for my bnb room. as we are ready to launch, I asked Laura at Wallpaper online when I can expect delivery and she told me latest Friday. I arranged with the accredited installer to be there on Saturday. My wallpaper never arrived ontime and I emailed Laura to say this is hugely stressful as I planned based on her information given. She didn't have the courtesy to reply. I received the paper, it is up on the wall only they really changed the look of the image. It was a beach scene with wispy grass and they photoshopped much more grass into it and there is hardly any ocean visible so I basically paid R10 000 to have a long wall full of grass that is as tall as my head. Not impressed at all.

Great product and service
I purchased from Wallpaperonline and received excellent service. Laura was professional and friendly and my wallpaper arrived timeously and exactly as advertised online. Will defenitely use them again.

Great product and service
I purchased from Wallpaperonline and received excellent service. Laura was professional and friendly and my wallpaper arrived timeously and exactly as advertised online. Will defenitely use them again.

Unhappy customer
We had a not so nice experience with Wallpaper online. 1 week turned into 4 weeks with no solution. We went instore for consultation and we gave them samples and specified what we wanted. Fast forward to when we are supposed to receive our Wallpaper, no one says anything about it being ready, we send them a dm no response and we send them a message via their website no response. We go instore and they say that they had a setback that's why we couldnt reach then and that can we give them a day or 2 for everything to be ready. They deliver but delivered the wrong shade and we let them know and now it's a back and forth until we called them out on social media that when they started asking the right questions. However they sent an email saying we should take down the video because they are not at fault and failure to do so, we will go the legal route. From the beginning they should have sent over pantones, but they didn't. It's only when they were called out that's when they sent over a lot of swatches.

Poor service & rude manager/owner
After waiting almost 2 weeks for samples ordered and paid for, I phoned to ask where my order was. The manager or owner told me she would phone back and let me know. I also asked that if it had been shipped, to provide me with a tracking number. When I received no further communication by two days later, I phoned to ask where the order was and why she did not give me a call as promised. I was upset BUT did not shout or swear and had the phone put down in my ear twice. When we did speak, she told me that she does not keep track of small orders. So I assume that they only treat BIG orders with professional and good service. What a shame!

Excellent product and service
Wallpaper online produced the paper for my baby's nursery and helped me arrange installation - definitely the most beautiful room in my house! Great service, great speed and excellent quality product. Their recomended installers also do a fantastic job, you can't see any joins on my little girls mural.
