The Wi-Fi internet is terrible cause it always goes offline. But I want to extend my gratitude to Don Mmakubjane for always assisting me reset and getting back online with less than an hour, a very patient man. Even when I am rude. Great customer service from this guy. Always ask for Don if you need assistance.

I don't know what to say, but I had a wonderful experience with PluxNet with registration and installation there's a gentleman named Kgarudi Ramatswana, who helped me to get registered, I mean the guy an extra mile for me as a customer making sure that I'm fully satisfied, the registration took about a few days and I was online I struggled with other ISP'S because they don't really care about customer service they don't phone you no whatsoever or check up with you if your line is up or whatsoever but not PluxNet they check up on you, I haven't experienced any network failures my connection is smooth like butter I would recommend PluxNet, thank you Kgarudi Ramatswana.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Pluxnet since installing your WIFI. The connection only worked on Wednesday, and since Thursday I have been continuously contacting your support team for assistance. I have spoken to consultants Xola and Don multiple times. While they continue to apologise, there has been no proper follow-up or resolution from their side. Every time I call, I am simply told that an email was sent to the technical team, yet no updates or action are taken afterwards. For example, an email may be sent at 9:00 AM, but even when following up later in the afternoon, no progress or feedback has been provided. It is unacceptable to continuously blame the outsourced technical team, Owen Fibre Connect, when I purchased the service directly from Pluxnet. As the service provider, Pluxnet remains responsible for ensuring that customers receive proper support and timely assistance. What is even more concerning is that when I contacted Owen Fibre Connect myself to confirm whether a query had been logged, they advised that they would come to my residence without even properly confirming my identity or details. This raises serious concerns regarding professionalism and customer security. The level of service I have experienced has been stressful, frustrating, and financially draining due to the endless follow-ups without any proper assistance or resolution. At this point, I feel completely neglected as a customer. I request urgent intervention and a permanent resolution to this matter as soon as possible.

Good morning Hi, I'm not happy the way pluxnet are handling my account. They have help desk line, whattup but they don't respond in either of that when you make a query. I have been calling, sending messages and email but still even today they nothing happened. I needed them to help me changing my password since they don't have a self help information on their website.
