The most unreliable service provider ever. The connection is always on and off, yet all you do is send endless apology messages without actually fixing the problem. Customers are paying for a service that is clearly not reliable
This is by far the worst ISP I have ever experienced. We have been without internet in Diepsloot since last night. The only communication we receive are repeated automated messages saying they are “aware of the issue,” with no meaningful updates or timelines for resolution. What makes this even more unacceptable is that the call centre is closed until Monday, leaving customers completely unsupported during an ongoing outage. Worse is that we will not be credited for the days that we were without internet. This level of service is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Customers deserve reliable service, proper communication, and accessible support. ****** ****mers 😡😡
