Bought a part from this guys on the 12th of February 2026, Everytime I call they hang up the phone... I drove all the way from Vryburg to here...The So Called Leader, Boss or whoever the hell he might be threatens & tried to man handle me and even provoked me...What Nonsense! I used my brains instead of my emotions but has anyone ever Bought from Online Parts Strore and got their part? Maybe its just me🤔 I just needed my part or my Refund!!!

Bought a part from this guys on the 12th of February 2026, Everytime I call they hang up the phone... The worst experience ever, do not buy from this company, since March 2026 i ordered a car part online, paid for it and delivery to my address, In April easter holidays came and passed not hearing from them, i called the company, calls are not answered only the annoying voice machine, March and April went by and now we in May, i finally got hold of them and asked to cancel my order as i no longer need it, i spoke to four different people from sales and finance, im still waiting for a refund that still i need to beg for, they keep telling me 7 to 14 days, 14 days has passed but nothing in my account, online car parts were the hell is my refund??????

Online car parts JHB This company sell car parts. They send the wrong parts .Then you send it back .Then they tell you it can't be found A month later they confirm they found it but someone else is also claiming a refund. You can't speak to a manager the WhatsApp correspondence is totally unexceptibiable it's been more than 6 months and now they don't even reply anymore .So you pay for the parts and twice for the courier to bring it and send it back and then no service Africa is linked to Clive Naidoo (General Manager) and Sandra Naidoo (Managing Director). I have ordered a steering damper on the 23/04/2025. It still shows order in process more than a year later. They do not answer calls or respond to any messages. This company is a ***** !

Plz if you can buy what you want else even at an expensive price do so and dont use this guys to avoid frustration...the number provided here is the real definition of useless and all the numbers they will provide There is no proper or working channel to communicate them...the only thing that work is payment option coz it only benefits them. Worse if someone that was helping you goes on leave so is your order and unfortunately you dont even know that someone.. Avoid them in all ways possible or good luck bringing yourself stress if you dont believe me

I received only 1 filter, but have ordered and paid for 2 filters!! Ordered and paid invoice IN053223 on 20/04/26. 30/04/26 received only 1 x filter although I ordered and paid for 2 x filters. Since 30/04/26 I have queried numerous time with no feedback / response !!! Will NEVER buy from online car parts again!!!!

STAY FAR AWAY!! First they send me the wrong parts. They then promise to send the right parts and that will never happen. Then it's lie after lie... After a month and 2 weeks they say sorry can't find the part then promise a refund. Because of this BAD company my car is at the workshop for almost 2 months with no control arms. Still waiting for my refund... I will say it again STAY FAR AWAY. This company needs to close down!!
