I have ordered a steering damper on the 23/04/2025. It still shows order in process more than a year later. They do not answer calls or respond to any messages. This company is a ***** !

Cielo poor quality, poor aftersales service !
Nice looking furniture, but of poor quality and after sales service is non existent. Received a broken chair and 2 months later, i still do not have the correct replacement. Go buy at your normal furniture shop in town, rather than spending your money with Cielo !!
