MY CONTRACT WITH YOU HAS ENDED, I NEED YOU TO STOP DEBITING ME!!
I urgently need to talk to someone from this business. I bought a machine from them in 2022, it's been 3 years and my contract should have lapsed by now. I am still being debited and I need to talk to someone about this. None of the numbers on their websites are working. I need help!!

Hi there Does anyone know how to contact Medizone Healthcare South-Africa? I quite often receive calls from folk who have MediZone equipment that is in need of repair and I would like to fw them to the correct company, if the company still exists. I have done quite a thorough Google search and the sites, links and numbers that I find all seem to be oddly non-functional. We at SwissMate beds manufacture a medical mattress range called the MediZone Mattress but are completely unaffiliated to Medizone Healthcare South-Africa and have never been. I'd simply like to try help those who call. all the best Simon

Poor customer service and zero accountability
More then a year ago I took my medizone machine in for assessment. After not hearing back from the company I started calling them but to no avail. I then decided to drive to the Alberton office but when I got there the business was closed down with no note to customers. Ive been battling for months to get a hold of someone and find out what happned to my device. The Alberton office had my contact details but they did not even bothered to phone me and inform me that they are closing down/ moving.

REFUND MY MOTHER
My mom purchased the machine in November 2021 and was paying monthly installments from Jan 2022. In August she called and asked for balance in order to settle the account early and they said she can pay R1 791.60 within 30 days. She paid it off but they still deducted for September. She's been calling Medizone Middelburg Branch Manager Thulisile Sibande for assistance to no avail. When she called the call center they said they have sent documents to the head office but they are waiting confirm everything, process the documents then reverse the money back to my mom. Each time she calls the call centre it's always the same story. My mom would like her money back please.

Sy do work for them and she was referred to me with the help of Grey at NETSTAR. Svisit me at home short out my machine and gave me and my wife a proper demonstration on all the furnitures of the MEDIZONE SPA. She did a super presentation and know her product. Please use any them as we give her 10 out of 10 for product knowledge and costumer service. Contact her on 0810961173.
