My mom purchased the machine in November 2021 and was paying monthly installments from Jan 2022. In August she called and asked for balance in order to settle the account early and they said she can pay R1 791.60 within 30 days. She paid it off but they still deducted for September. She's been calling Medizone Middelburg Branch Manager Thulisile Sibande for assistance to no avail. When she called the call center they said they have sent documents to the head office but they are waiting confirm everything, process the documents then reverse the money back to my mom. Each time she calls the call centre it's always the same story. My mom would like her money back please.
