On December my mother wanted to buy a phone on contract from Game. The consultant made the mistake of making it 2 phones instead of one. She canceled the contract and went back again to buy the phone and they said her credit score is low because of the cancelation of the contract. She went to the Vodacom shop because they are deducting money in her account for the 2 phones she never took. They said they'll call her back because there's a queue. She's been waiting ever since. She called again to no assistance. She reverses the payments made to Vodacom which is bad for her credit score. Please Vodacom stop deducting money from her phones for a mistake that she didn't make.
My mom purchased the machine in November 2021 and was paying monthly installments from Jan 2022. In August she called and asked for balance in order to settle the account early and they said she can pay R1 791.60 within 30 days. She paid it off but they still deducted for September. She's been calling Medizone Middelburg Branch Manager Thulisile Sibande for assistance to no avail. When she called the call center they said they have sent documents to the head office but they are waiting confirm everything, process the documents then reverse the money back to my mom. Each time she calls the call centre it's always the same story. My mom would like her money back please.
My mother has been a well paying customer to Lancet Laboratories but they refuse to refund the money she mistakenly sent to their account.This is the second time it happens and she didn't remove the account from her banking app because they still had to refund her for the first payment. The account number would serve as proof that she indeed transfered funds to their account. So she hasn't been refunded for both of the payments. They do acknowledge the payments made and she also asked our bank to assist in reversing the second transaction back to her account but Lancet refuses to give her the money. For the first payment the consultants said she should send them proof of payment and she did, but she still didn't receive her money. She called again last week and the consultant said she will send her an email of all the documents they require about the payment and she still haven't received it today. She tried being patient but her patience is running thin, she wants her money back as soon as possible. Lancet Laboratories please give my mother her money back.
My father has an account with Mr Price, they agreed for him to have R5000 credit it shouldn't increase or decrease. He pays R750 per month as per agreement and the last time he took clothes was in January this year. The buying power stays at not more than R2000 yet we agreed on R5000. In January the balance was R4999 yet in May it was R3000. How is the balance R3000 when R750×4=R3000. R4999-R3000=R1999 meaning that the balance was supposed to be R1999. Mr Price please fix this

Seven days ago my mom bought a phone at Total Sports Middelburg. She told the cashier that she wanted a phone with dual sim but she gave her a phone with only one sim card. She only noticed the next day when she asked my sister to set up the phone for her. When she went to the store they told her that they will not refund or exchange the phone for her. The cashier said that she forgot what my mother said. It's not my mother's fault that she forgot how to do her job. She gave them back the phone but she didn't get any money back. We want our money back.
