MY CONTRACT WITH YOU HAS ENDED, I NEED YOU TO STOP DEBITING ME!!
I urgently need to talk to someone from this business. I bought a machine from them in 2022, it's been 3 years and my contract should have lapsed by now. I am still being debited and I need to talk to someone about this. None of the numbers on their websites are working. I need help!!

Terminate my contract as per 3 emails I sent
I applied for debtline in October 2019. The idea of debtreview made sensw to me at the time. They then called me in the 2nd week of Jan 2021 telling me that they have to up my installment because the timeframe of my car is gonna exceed 60 months and they can only help me for 60 months. Based on the increment suggested I realised that I will in any case now have to pay the same amount I did before I signed with them. I was then advised to send an email to [email protected] , which I did requesting to terminate their services. I have since sent 3 emails that were ignored. No response whatsoever and calls were not taken. I need to cancel because it's just going to hold me back now. I just want to pay my creditors directly because this middle man is now of no use to me. I cannot afford to pay them R3600 in legal fees every month which they failed to mention when I signed with them.
