Good afternoon I am a client of Supersonic for almost 3 years know. I did down grade as well because the service is none existing. I try to get myself connected to the internet but with no luck. There whatsup service is very poor and cannot solve my connection problem. The customer care number is just ringing with nobody attending to it. I am currently without any fiber / internet for the passed 3 days. Trying to get hold of them is a mission on its own. If you want to sign up with them, please think twice. THE IS NOT WHAT I EXPECTED FROM THEM. I also got a ticket from there technical side but no feedback yet. I have no other option then to leave them and look for better service provider.
This company is a ****. Claudia sell puppies and want you to pay upfront I paid her R3750 for Hnina Boerboel Puppy. When I want to pick her up she block me. I asked to do video call she block me. She also block my daughter after she was inquiring about the same Boerboel I buy and pay for. Please be very careful she operates from Bloemfontein
THULISILE from Medizone was so helpful after I struggled for more than a week to make contact with the office in Alberton. Sy do work for them and she was referred to me with the help of Grey at NETSTAR. Svisit me at home short out my machine and gave me and my wife a proper demonstration on all the furnitures of the MEDIZONE SPA. She did a super presentation and know her product.
