Before you order and pay Ladyleas...Think twive
Placed and paid on the 17 Jamuary 2026. I have sent numerous emails and whatsapp messages with no response on my order. On FB I am not the only unhappy customer. Many comments from others who are also awaiting their orders and response. Utterly bad customer service.

Just a NO
Very bad communication. I sent my POP to them and no answer. Try calling them - NO ANSWER. Sent a whatsapp then thy finally answer... I BETTER GET MY ORDER.

Damaged items
Their products are absolutely beautiful and very good quality but you wait a long time (about a month). One of the items in my order arrived damaged and unusable, due to not being packed properly enough for shipping in my opinion.

Swakste diens ooit!!!!
Verdien nie eers 1 stêr nie! Hulle is uiters sleg, die diens is nog 10 keer erger, na amper n maand het ek steeds nie my bestelling ontvang nie, en nadat EK moes hoor wat aangaan, word daar vir my gese, daar was n fout met die bestelling op hulle website, ek moet nog n bedrag betaal or HULLE EIE fout. Dit word nie dieselfde dag reg gestel nie, maar eers 3 weke later se hulle, dat hulle nie my bestelling gaan stuur nie ! Vermy hulle eerder !

Excellent service and products.
Fantastic service, right from the very beginning to the end! The quality of the Teacher Diaries is phenomenal and all the teachers were full of compliments about how amazing they are! I will definitely be ordering for our school again next year!

As ek geen sterre kon gee, dan het ek dit verseker gedoen! Nog nooit in my lewe sulke swak diens ontvang nie! Plaas my bestelling vroeg in November 2021. Met `n groot gesukkel kry ek my pakkie die 23ste Desember 2021. MAAR, ook nie my volle bestelling nie. Ek wag nogsteeds vir my goed om te kom! Kry `n tracking nr, probeer my pakkie track.... "shipment not found". Kry geen behoorlike terugvoer nie. Elke dag `n nuwe verskoning, dis nou as jy hulle kontak want hulle doen nie die moeite om jou enigsins te kontak nie. Sal niemand aanbeveel om by hulle te bestel nie! En ek sal ook defnintief nooit weer nie!!
