RUDE!!!!!!!!
I went to Mr Price in Middelburg Mall to exchange baby clothes I received at my babyshower. The clothes were too small. The person who bought me the clothes, has cut off a part of the tag with the barcode. The lady who "helped" me, was extreamly rude. Making a huge scene about the tag that was cut. Instead of just nicely telling me that the clothes cannot be exchanged due to the tag that was cut, she went off on me about it and made a huge deal of it. I walked out with the clothes that I actually wanted to exchange. Mr Price will NEVER see me again!! Such rude employees!!!

As ek geen sterre kon gee, dan het ek dit verseker gedoen! Nog nooit in my lewe sulke swak diens ontvang nie! Plaas my bestelling vroeg in November 2021. Met `n groot gesukkel kry ek my pakkie die 23ste Desember 2021. MAAR, ook nie my volle bestelling nie. Ek wag nogsteeds vir my goed om te kom! Kry `n tracking nr, probeer my pakkie track.... "shipment not found". Kry geen behoorlike terugvoer nie. Elke dag `n nuwe verskoning, dis nou as jy hulle kontak want hulle doen nie die moeite om jou enigsins te kontak nie. Sal niemand aanbeveel om by hulle te bestel nie! En ek sal ook defnintief nooit weer nie!!

UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!
I received a phone call from one of the sales ladies asking if I would like to purchase a box. I told her, repeatedly, that I DO NOT WANT IT. As I am a client of Isabella Garcia, they already have my banking details. And after I, repeatedly, told the lady that I am NOT INTERESTED, a debit order went off from my account. The problem now is that the company "can't refund" me. This is totally unacceptable! You CANNOT just take money from anyonr's account without permission. I asked the lady to send me our recorded discussion, I am still waiting for it!! I would NEVER recommend anyone to just even speak to one of the consultants! Unacceptable!!
