Paid R29 000+ deposit on a vehicle. Vehicle was delivered to Durban after 3 weeks. At first all was fine but after month 2, the roof and bonnet starting to Crack because of body filler. It started peeling by the windscreen. The vehicle was involved in an accident but I was never told. They did send it to DEKRA before I received it but when I took it to DEKRA, the reports are not the same. They then said they can book it in at a panebeater but I will then be left without a vehicle. I told them that I am not paying for a damaged vehicle. They keep pushing for payment even though the vehicle is falling apart. They offered me a polo or i10 which I did not accept as the vehicle I had was a family car and not small. It was also an automatic. They had their private investigator fetch the vehicle from me. I asked for a refund on my deposit, but they just ignore that part. Be careful when taking a vehicle from them. I have all email communications and pictures to proof of damage and how they only push for payment on a damaged vehicle. They are now also threatening with legal action against me if I proceed with telling the truth.

I had a very bad experience with them. At first, I was assisted by Hayden and received excellent customer service when joining and paying the deposit on 26/03/2026. However, once everything was paid, and it was time for them to deliver, I had to follow up repeatedly. Eventually, on 31 March 2026, they informed me that the insurance company had declined my application and that I needed to request a refund. At that point, I had had enough and didn’t even want to know the reason.

Brandon,Kurt and the rest of the staff and team members of Ez-Auto,I have yet to find a company with such professionalism and courtesy in my lifetime,the service,the follow ups,the communication is of top quality.
