Gracefully thankful
Brandon,Kurt and the rest of the staff and team members of Ez-Auto,I have yet to find a company with such professionalism and courtesy in my lifetime,the service,the follow ups,the communication is of top quality. I will recommend them anytime of the day and I want to thank the salesman Brandon especially because even though that man was sick in bed he showed his undeniable commitment towards a client and kept going to complete the deal....I have no more words except....Blessed you all will be!

Horrible experience
To all public members or interested potential buyers' have app**** and paid my deposit on the 5th of February 2026 for Toyota Hilux Double cab bakkie to which I was promised to have it delivered at my address within two days. It is now exactly 11 days later and no bakkie as well as no money refunded after numerous calls(no answer)WhatsApp etc. Take this as a friendly warning that you will loose your money the way I did trusting these peoples adverts and sweet talking.Whats even more upsetting is the fact that their supposed driver calls me apparently two hours from my address and tells me the truck is broken and i must now pay for an extra lowbed truck to deliver my bakkie and then has the ordasity to send me photos of the bakkie on a lowbed being now send to me,but after investigating the photos and inspecting it ,it was found that the pictures were photo shopped, there never was a bakkie and there never was a delivery scheduled for my Toyota Hilux.My wife and I took from our savings to acquire a proper vehicle for our business to be able to prosper for our kids future, now you get these kind of people that think its ok to ***** manipulate and bull #%$# hardworking South Africans. I want justice, but that in itself is almost an impossibility these days
