I had a very bad experience with them. At first, I was assisted by Hayden and received excellent customer service when joining and paying the deposit on 26/03/2026. However, once everything was paid, and it was time for them to deliver, I had to follow up repeatedly. Eventually, on 31 March 2026, they informed me that the insurance company had declined my application and that I needed to request a refund. At that point, I had had enough and didn’t even want to know the reason.
