Bad experience
I had a very bad experience with them. At first, I was assisted by Hayden and received excellent customer service when joining and paying the deposit on 26/03/2026. However, once everything was paid, and it was time for them to deliver, I had to follow up repeatedly.
Eventually, on 31 March 2026, they informed me that the insurance company had declined my application and that I needed to request a refund. At that point, I had had enough and didn’t even want to know the reason.

While my initial experience was frustrating, particularly with the lack of communication after payment, He reassured to see the matter being taken seriously at a senior level.
He also promised that improvements will be made to ensure better communication and a smoother process for future customers.
