I have been an ambassador of the Estee Lauder double foundation for more that 10 years. I am clearly disappointed at your "new batch". it is sticky and runny. How does one now from a perfect finish to a sticky finish use your product? What has changed in your formula, yes your product is super expensive if your product has changed to a "cheaper" formula then your company must reduce the price! I have introduced so many of my friends and family to your product and they are asking the same question what went so horribly wrong?

I know mac , Clinique and Estee lauder fall under the same 'umbrella' I am very dissapointed in all 3 -my Mac saga goes backk a while ago , it was on Hello Peter, however no one would take responsibility . However Clinique and Estee Lauder products were purchased within the last 2 months at Woolworths .I feel somewhat ****** .the clinique hasnt made the difference to my skin that i was promised . The Estee lauder foundation , fixing spray I purchased (with a blush that is "ok")what a dissapointment . I phoned the cosmetic manager re the foundation advising how tight my skin felt (i have dry skin )I was told to come in to the store and it would be sorted -once she heard i didnt have the box , she lost interest -Dominique was called to do what i call "damage control" with the the night repair ( i was offered to purchase this , i said no thanks -she app**** it differently to the previous consultant today i app**** it for work -what a disaster !!! so dissapointed in the service received from 3 premium product consultants

I have been using Estee Lauder for 9years plus, i bought myself 2 bottles from Superbablist on special, still expensive, but the new ones feel heavy and very sticky and comes off, it was never like this, very disappointed in the new product. even with powder on, my hair sticks to my face. very irritating. i don't think i will buy again, i will find another foundation

Dear Estée Lauder Customer Service I am writing to raise a concern about a foundation I recently purchased. I regularly use your foundation products and have always been satisfied with the quality, which is why I continue to purchase them despite the premium price. However, after my most recent purchase from Edgars, I noticed that the texture of the foundation seems different from what I usually experience. I have very oily skin and am fami**** with how this product normally performs, but this time it makes my skin excessively shiny, rubs off easily, and does not provide the same finish or staying power as before. I would like to know whether there have been any recent changes or reformulations to this product. Additionally, no consultant informed me of any changes at the time of purchase. I would appreciate your assistance in clarifying this matter and advising on how this issue can be resolved. I cant afford to throw away R 900 and having to repurchase something else. Thank you for your time and assistance. I would appreciate a total refund on my account as Estee Lauder is not communicating with me

Having quite an annoying week with Estee Lauder. Firstly , received an email that clearly states a further 10% off of the 30% special and EL are refusing to acknowledge that. Then today I placed an order, paid for it, provided proof to the consultant that the money was indeed deducted off my credit card but no email received indicating products were paid for, and she explained that it was a system glitch and that I will be refunded within 10 working days, instead of providing me with the products. In the meantime, the sale will be over and I would've lost out on the special. Point being, if I have paid for the products and shown proof, why can I not just get what I paid for? Why oh why is this such an issue? The consultant, like a robot, keept saying system glitch 😡😡

I bought a foundation from edgars online, I recieved an incorrect colour shade, when I returned it to an edgars store in zevenwacht maal, I was told to take it to Somersaet West mall or to Tygervalley Mall, I told them I will not do that as the edgars policy says an online item can be returned at any edgars store. they called a manager (Meagan) for me who told me she willnot take the foundation because i did not buy it from them. i told them the policy says i can return it at any edgars store, she was not apologetic and when I told her that, she said her name is Meagan not edgars and she is just an employee at edgars. i told her i will not go home with the foundation as it isnot what i ordered.
