A shout out to going the Extra mile Mokgadi at your PnP Clothing Honeydew village , Honeydew Manor Gauteng . I was pleasantly suprised at how she handled my request ( phoning for a size to both PnP clothing - Clearwater) Sibusiso was expecting me yesterday and I bought the items 2 employees a credit to PnP.
PATHETIC SERVICE - no follow up from their HEAD OFFICE …….no response to any complaints
I know mac , Clinique and Estee lauder fall under the same 'umbrella' I am very dissapointed in all 3 -my Mac saga goes backk a while ago , it was on Hello Peter, however no one would take responsibility . However Clinique and Estee Lauder products were purchased within the last 2 months at Woolworths .I feel somewhat ****** .the clinique hasnt made the difference to my skin that i was promised . The Estee lauder foundation , fixing spray I purchased (with a blush that is "ok")what a dissapointment . I phoned the cosmetic manager re the foundation advising how tight my skin felt (i have dry skin )I was told to come in to the store and it would be sorted -once she heard i didnt have the box , she lost interest -Dominique was called to do what i call "damage control" with the the night repair ( i was offered to purchase this , i said no thanks -she app**** it differently to the previous consultant today i app**** it for work -what a disaster !!! so dissapointed in the service received from 3 premium product consultants
I cannot get hold of anyone at your head offices to assist regarding a t shirt my hubby bought 2 weeks ago that’s shrunk ! All your jackets great , but we’ve never bought Tshirts from CAPE UNION , so rather shocked !
I have received terrible service from FIVE Mr Price Home stores since Sunday 15/2 ( looking for a particular item I had seen at another Mr Price home ) I usually have good service , purchased A LOT OF VARIOUS ITEMS OVER THE YEARS , however Mr Price Home won’t be seeing me for A VERY LONG TIME ……service - the can’t even spell the word ……

DIAL A BED -On the 10/01/26 we went to your Clearwater dial a bed to purchase a mattress ( king size) together with a mattress protector and an indulgence cooling charcoal pillow ( not even sure if it was the correct one because when we went in on Sunday to confirm and pay - some of the information regarding the purchases weren’t correct. The mattress , pillow and mattress protector were delivered i”on Tuesday 13/1. Coming mmmm n sense I know a mattress nor mattress protector can be returned- common sense ..However when I got home from work my helper had placed the pillow in a pillow case on our new bed - However on going closer to the pillow the smell of charcoal / chemicals was overpowering and I knew I would not be able to sleep on it . I immediately took the pillow case off ( that now also had a chemical/ charcoal smell and placed the pillow back in the box . I returned to the store today to explain and return it and was told I couldn’t! .it is stated in the fine print the manager / supervisor himself battled to find the sentencr in the fine print. At no time was this brought to our attention. No solution was offered except to advise that it was a breathable pillow and I should place it in the sun ! I’m dissapointed that the return of pillows was not highlighted- I have returned pillows to other stores before no issue ( yes I’m very particular about my pillow . Is there anyway this can be resolved ?

We have always had a Defy appliance in our home / we have also had other brand appliances and Defy has always been the best it has STOOD THE TEST OF TIME, time again and again 🌟
I had such good service and polite service from MPUMI in your cosmetic department( Clicks Clearwater ) today ( I rarely if ever do in the other Clicks cosmetics ) she watched me apply a foundation and in a diplomatic way said do it this way - not embarrassing me . We both had a good laugh - she is a REAL GEM .THANK YOU MPUMI ! Unfortunately my colour was sold out so I couldn’t give her the sale .
