Dissapointed

I know mac , Clinique and Estee lauder fall under the same 'umbrella'

I am very dissapointed in all 3 -my Mac saga goes backk a while ago , it was on Hello Peter, however no one would take responsibility . However Clinique and Estee Lauder products were purchased within the last 2 months at Woolworths .I feel somewhat ****** .the clinique hasnt made the difference to my skin that i was promised . The Estee lauder foundation , fixing spray I purchased (with a blush that is "ok")what a dissapointment . I phoned the cosmetic manager re the foundation advising how tight my skin felt (i have dry skin )I was told to come in to the store and it would be sorted -once she heard i didnt have the box , she lost interest -Dominique was called to do what i call "damage control" with the the night repair ( i was offered to purchase this , i said no thanks -she app**** it differently to the previous consultant today i app**** it for work -what a disaster !!! so dissapointed in the service received from 3 premium product consultants
