High Latency online play
I am really disappointed in the latency issue. I have bought every addition of FIFA from PlayStation 2 and this customer support is extremely poor. When are yourl planning on restoring services... Equiano cable system is unaffected on the west coast of Africa

I have been with ea games for many years and have purchased many games from their platform
I have been with ea games for many years and have purchased many games from their platform. Due to personal circumstances I did not use the platform for quite some time, and when I decided to use it again I discovered that I have forgotten my login details ect, so I logged a support ticket with them, and and after answering all their questions to best of my ability they refuse to help me recover my account, and this is frustrating, due to the fact that I have spent money on games I can no longer access, and if I want to play those online games I will have to create another account with them and buy those games AGAIN.... I am not impressed by their inability or unwillingness to help me

EXTORTION
Ive NEVER GIVEN ANY PERMISSION TO DEDUCT ANY MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT, YET TO MY SURPRISE I GOT NOTIFIED VIA MY BANKING APP THAT I HAVE TO PAY R3X4 FOR DECLINED TRANSACTIONS THAT WENT OFF MY ACC FOR THE AMOUNT OF R44, 93. I WILL KEEP ON SENDING REPORTS LIKE THIS BECAUSE THIS IS RIDICULOUIS, AND EXTORTION. WHERE DID THEY GET MY SIGNITURE OR BANKING DETAILS IF I NEVER GAVE IT TO THEM???

I Test apex legends FPS Issue still not working right
Today was supposed to be a good day just chilling playing some apex legends and then all of a sudden I get an amazing amount of package loss and it literally made me end my stream. Which EA Devs that's partnership with apex Devs lies to multiple people including me that they resolved the issue Please fix it now!

Fifa 22 autoswitching does not work for me
Fifa 22 I paid R1500 for a digital version of fifa 22 to gain 1 week early access. However since downloading it , the game is broken. Player autoswitching does not work. I have been chatting to countless EA agents for 2 weeks and some of them don't even know what autoswitching is in fifa 22 . The game is unplayable.
