Pathetic service
What a pathetic place!!! Have been there since 8am, my mom was in a wheelchair, we left at 5pm still no Dr saw my mom. And then the Security refused for us to leave!!! This hosp can shake hands with Steve Bikho. Just as pathetic.

DEDUCTING MONEY FROM MY BANK ACC AND WE DIDNT ORDER A UBER IN EARLY MORNING HOURS! SECOND TIME THEY ***** MY MONEY
Uber is deducting every month R50 for "transport" we didnt order but we have to pay for it! Goes off every month randomly I am getting seriously gatvol that they take the last bit of money just like that for no reason at all!

Bad service using different acc number
I would like to complaint about Metropolitan life. I asked them not to deduct money from my acc, since Im unemployed. Yet they take R127 from another account not even the account nr we at first agreed on to deduct money. They dont care about customer services. Just worry about taking their money. They can take their ****ty service I want the world to see how shady they operate. Rather take my food money than giving a dime. Shame on you. I will most definately NEVER RECOMMEND YOUR BUSINESS TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY

Bad customer service regarding refund
On June 26th Ive send an email stating I wont be able to pay the R129 pm anymore due to financial battles. Yet on the 7th of July 2023 they still deducted that money. I have send numerous emails asking to please refund me, then I had to send my bank statement twice to confirm the payment. Every time its an empty promise of refunding me within 48 hours. Still no refund reflecting on my statement. They took my last money I was suppose to buy food with it. Yes R129 is not much to buy food with but at I buy som

Service stinks
On the 19th of January 2023 I got a sms voucher stating I have received R1000 gift voucher and delivery are on Platinum life. When I try to order and redeem my voucher they are billing me for delivery. After sending them emails they are still not answering my questions correctly. But they were suppose to deduct R129 for a policy on the 7th of Feb. Due to unforseen circumstances there was not enough money in my acc. Instead of waiting the next month for deduction, they took it off last night! I havent received any gifts like they promised last year, no policy papers have been posted to me. They are eager to take money but can not answer questions correctly and satisfying. Spider bit me in my neck, I had to ask my aunt for some money so I can go buy medicine. Now that is down the drain too thanks to platinum life!!

EXTORTION
Ive NEVER GIVEN ANY PERMISSION TO DEDUCT ANY MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT, YET TO MY SURPRISE I GOT NOTIFIED VIA MY BANKING APP THAT I HAVE TO PAY R3X4 FOR DECLINED TRANSACTIONS THAT WENT OFF MY ACC FOR THE AMOUNT OF R44, 93. I WILL KEEP ON SENDING REPORTS LIKE THIS BECAUSE THIS IS RIDICULOUIS, AND EXTORTION. WHERE DID THEY GET MY SIGNITURE OR BANKING DETAILS IF I NEVER GAVE IT TO THEM???
