Extremely poor service
I am desperately trying to get in contact with the Authorisation department in order to get pre-approval for a urgent surgery I require... From yesterday no one picks up the phone, over 4 hours of waiting... Can someone please contact me.

Extremely bad pay outs
A follow up on my previous review, I received a call from a lady at Hollywood bets... Very pleasant lady. However she tells me maybe try a different game... I've tried over alot. I even told her call me back in 20 minutes il prove a point, il play 200 and il loose. She didn't call back and I lost in 12minutes. I gave them a chance 2 more times and surprise surprise lost again. Absolutely trash of a platform would not recommend anyone use it.

Extremely bad pay outs
This site is absolutely horrible. I understand loosing, but when you consistently only loose then it's trash... Bonuses on slots are utterly disgraceful. I think I've only ever won once on Hollywood bets. Just as bad as goldrush.

High Latency online play
I am really disappointed in the latency issue. I have bought every addition of FIFA from PlayStation 2 and this customer support is extremely poor. When are yourl planning on restoring services... Equiano cable system is unaffected on the west coast of Africa
