I registered with Regenesis Digital School in January 2026, received my acceptance letter, and even paid my first installment. Yet, three months later, I am still not enrolled. I have no student number, no login credentials, and no access to classes. I have spoken to several staff members, including DG leader Nonhlanhla Ndlovu, Rakesh, and Johana Manaka, but none of them seem to know who is responsible for resolving my situation. Almost half the year has passed, and I remain in limbo. Due to this lack of accountability and communication, I stopped paying installments because I cannot trust that I will ever be properly enrolled. My calls and texts go unanswered, leaving me completely frustrated and disappointed. Regenesis has failed to deliver even the basics of student onboarding, and this experience has been unprofessional and disheartening.

⸻ 📢 Complaint: Unpaid Referral Bonus – Regenesys Business School I am extremely frustrated with how my referral bonus has been handled by Regenesys Business School. In 2025, I referred three students to the institution and was Assisted by Rejoice Mokoena she promised a referral bonus. I completed and signed all the required referral forms and submitted my banking details as requested. To date, I have not received any payment. In December, I followed up and was informed that payment would only be processed once the students’ fees reflected on their accounts. However, I am aware that the payments have already been made, as the students I referred are funded through bursaries, and those funds have been paid. After that, I was told that I would need to wait for the financial year-end. According to communication I received, the financial year-end has already passed—yet I am still being told to wait, with no clear timeline or resolution. I have made multiple attempts to follow up, but I am now being ignored. This lack of communication and accountability is highly unprofessional. I am simply asking for what was promised to me. I fulfilled my part by referring students and completing all required documentation. It is also concerning to see that I am not the only one experiencing this issue, as there are similar complaints from others. Regenesys, please do the right thing and pay what is owed

The faculty were supportive, patient, and explained things clearly, which made learning much easier. 3️⃣ How has your career progressed after the course? I’m more confident and better prepared to take on new tasks and challenges at work. 4️⃣ Would you recommend us to others? Yes, definitely. I’d recommend it to anyone who wants to upskill or grow in the digital space. 5️⃣ How did the instalment option help you? It made the course affordable and removed the stress of paying everything upfront. Additional feedback: Overall, it’s been a very positive experience. The course is well-structured, practical, and supportive, and I’ve gained skills I can use in real life and my career.

It's a good school but a clear course outline should be provided with the set outcomes on when one can get certification. I should be able to say I expect to graduate after x number of months as long as I meet the course specifications

Abah is my best instructor pls bring him back. He teaches very well. Swan is good I like her teachings too. But there are some areas I am yet to understand. I hop to understand after goin through my videos again
