I registered with Regenesis Digital School in January 2026, received my acceptance letter, and even paid my first installment. Yet, three months later, I am still not enrolled. I have no student number, no login credentials, and no access to classes.
I have spoken to several staff members, including DG leader Nonhlanhla Ndlovu, Rakesh, and Johana Manaka, but none of them seem to know who is responsible for resolving my situation. Almost half the year has passed, and I remain in limbo.
Due to this lack of accountability and communication, I stopped paying installments because I cannot trust that I will ever be properly enrolled. My calls and texts go unanswered, leaving me completely frustrated and disappointed.
Regenesis has failed to deliver even the basics of student onboarding, and this experience has been unprofessional and disheartening.
